if we add 12 with 15 in decimal we get 27 but in Octal, result is same as 27 but 27 in decimal is not equal to 27 in Octal. Please answer this

2 and 7 are octal numbers and decimal also so there is no issue of their being same but if in octal num if uh get 28 or 99 etc it will be wrong

In decimal addition of 12 and 15 ans is 27 no doubt..(12 + 15 = 27)
And that for octal addition of 12 and 15 the ans is 27 ... which is correct...
When you convert 12, 15 to decimal you get value as 12>10 and 15>13 and then when you add 10 and 13 which are decimal number you get ans as 23, which in octal is 27

Can anyone plse tell me why we didn't take the values after the base value if base is 8 then >=8 is not taken ..so plse anyone let me know..

It is because in octal number system i.e., the base or radix is 8, we represent all numbers using only 8 distinct digits and those are 0 up to 7. So the maximum digit used is 7 not 8 that is because we start from 0. That is why n >= 7 is used. This applies to any number system, for eg. in binary we have only 0 and 1 , Thus 2 is not used in binary and so on. I hope this helps.
