    Enola Holmes is a well written film. It seems like Millie Bobby Brown really knows how to choose roles. We all hope to see more films similar to this in the making. They're just so impactful.

    I'm so excited for Millie. She's starring in and producing her own franchise while she's still a teenager, proving that she's a lady of many talents!

    They do deserve a movie of their own.

    I wish this had just gotten it's own movie. It's such an important story. Also as a fan of the books, I'm constantly disappointed that the movies seem to miss all the things that made the books what they were.

      The Match Girls Strike certainly deserves it’s own movie, but it being a big plot point in Enola Holmes 2 has ensured a lot more people have become aware of the historical victory for women’s and worker’s rights.

    Enola Holmes is a great movie, however, there definitely should be a movie on its own based on the history of this true story.

    I hope that if they ever make a third movie, that Holmesbury will be a proper couple in it! 👫

    There's a musical written about the story called The Matchgirls. I was part of the cast in performances by the Drama Society at Queen Mary College, University of London, in the late 1980s.

    I think the Match Girls deserve a movie. How they will do that gruesome phossy jaw, I don't know.

      So you think the depiction of women workers working in extremely unsafe working conditions (as in lethal in some cases) finally have enough and start to stand up for themselves is crap. Well that just proves how much the anti-woke crowd are uncaring jerks!

      @James Huberty and what is wrong with dark skin people being in a movie?

    • @pmpowalisz
      @pmpowalisz Год назад +1

      @James Huberty late 19th century London had races from all over the world (by-product of a world spanning empire all that), and they usually lived in poverty too, which would have made them eligible for the factories. Of course the majority would have been white skinned and that was the case in the movie. It’s also not unbelievable that a Lord would keep a black woman who was a true genius as a high ranking servant. How about not getting so mad if you see black, brown, or yellow, faces in movies! Even in the cases of it being unrealistic (not this movie), you just put a point against it and focus on the rest of the movie or show!
