Is your 2006 model from for June or after June? Production date I mean?
What about de E200 k?
Not affected by the balance shaft drive cog wear issue... however, all earlier W211s had the brake by wire SBC system. I love the features and feel of the SBC. In the US, MB warrants the SBC pump for 25 years (I believe).
Best engines e280, e320 and e350
petrol?
Please don't recommend after-market body mods. If the buyer cannot appreciate the car they should run off to buy something they do like--they are only causing huge problems for future owners. Antique houses and vintage cars retain their premium values only without such vandalism.
The SBC is covered by Mercedes!
I heard they have a 25 year warranty on the SBC system now.
@@Long-nd8bq in USA only I guess
And just needs to be reset
I have 05 e280 CDI european inline 6 and my god it was nothing but trouble, stay away from this car. I have it for 4 years and it costs roughly 2000$ a year for repairs just to keep it on the road..
Buy a Lexus, more reliable and same great ride and quality. I had a 2002 E320, and every time I had a problem, it was $1500-$2000 shop bill. No thanks.
That's because you didn't work on it yourself lol. I have 04 e320 paid 6k for ot with 120k had it 1 year daily driver only problem I can't fix is a teleaid error which is nothing. I changes oil myself brakes spark plugs full audio upgrade 👌
Expensive car with too many, expensive, failure points.
Cls class is best looking Mercedes.
May be the best 4 door. But it's a fwd. So it sucks!
@@reubinthomas noi its rwd and try again search google it
@@Sammy_Q50RS I read cls as cla. My bad.
Was made very well? W211 was one of the lowest quality cars ever came out of Stuttgart. The post facelift cars were hitting the industry average but pre facelift cars are endless money pits. No wonder they are dirt cheap.
Thats why i got an facelift mine has 280.000km and it never left me stranded and i didnt have any major issues
@nikolagnjatic211 I have prefacelift 2004 e320 telaid so error is only problem i have
Scotty Kilmer says, JUNK !!
Scotty is not a car guy, he onlu sees the car as means to go from A to B and its pointless when u can get cheaper cars and more reliable. But most people just want luxury or sport thats why they buy them 😊 because it gives them a feeling of joy when u go around the corner with bmw or smth else
Everything that not Toyota is junk, according to Scotty Kilmer
I thought Mercedes Benz was "nothing but the best" according to them, too many issues for a car that costs that kind of money. Engineers at Mercedes should be castrated (assuming they a males) so they don't pass the genes.
Money pit turd 💩
Was a manual transmission an option on the E320 CDI in the US?
