I was in Oil City as a boy in the 40's and remember Kelletville being abandoned by virtue of being in the Tionesta flood zone. Apparently this happened several times.
Beautiful Gods country! Did lots of backpacking in that area to camp on Little Raccoon Creek. Awesome place. Great memories of great times with great friends. Feel sorry for the deprived people who can't experience the Majesty of this place!
Been going here since I was 7. My pap has a cabin across the Fryburg camping grounds. It never fails to se the bridge underwater

The town of Nebraska, PA was flooded when the damn and resivore was built.
