It's actually a good water bottle before this water bottle I used to be dehydrated and didn't know when to drink water and since when I ordered it ,I m actually doing good and try to be hydrated,I drink 2L of water every single day and also knowing when to drink water .So yes it's helpful if u r struggling.
I have the exact same water bottle and it one of the BEST water bottles. I have a different shade of colour. It helps me to drink water and this bottle is huge. However, I don’t use it often because the material is plastic and I’m worried if it contains BPA and I don’t know the number of BPA it contains. Plastic is not a very good material for the envinroment and physical health. I give this 10/10.
