Turtorial: Outdoor

Hello my name is Yvette and I am local decorator in Chicago. Today I want to take you behind the scenes of how I built this gorgeous outdoor balloon arrangement for my sister's birthday.
For this project you need:
5" balloons
12" balloons
18" balloons
1- 36" balloon
260Q balloons
cone star balloons
foil curtain
large 6ft garden stick
balloon pump
sticker of your choice (mine is personalized)
and 1 hammer
Remember that the colors of your balloons are optional. I used. fucsia, pink and white balloons with a touch of gold.
