i think just two butterflies would've looked better, the last could've been omitted. maybe people need to double up on these packages to get the look. they should be more honest in their advertising.

Try double-sided tape. The glue dots that I get in all these kids don't seem to work well on balloons but they work well on other things like paper. LOL
