It’s a 20’ pvc pipe.. & the base is made using, wood, a metal floor flange and a threaded metal nipple. I have a video on how I made my base ruclips.net/video/928H2Atlc5s/видео.html
Thank you 😊 If you’re expecting strong winds I’d suggest adding a galvanized pipe or ground rod into the base, tape it real good, and add a heavier weight.. in my other video on how I make a balloon base (towards the end) it shows the ground rod in the base.. hope this helps 😊

Had a few pop and stick together during transport but nothing major… I actually attended this party later that night and from what I could tell, only one popped (on the backside) thankfully they were not in direct sunlight so that definitely played a huge factor 😊

I order mine through bargain balloons.. Amazon also sells them and sometimes you can find them at Walmart..

Outdoor how many hours would they be ok under sun ?
This arch was outdoors for 12+ hours and still looked great at the end of the night.. I wouldn’t recommend setting up in direct sunlight..
