This is about the best guide for 4th Survivor I have ever seen. Basically just tell us to gun down most annoying enemies (Dogs, Tyrant, Licker at sewer), while avoiding other threats with safe and easy to execute positioning. Really a life saver for most of us that really have no idea about what we should do with such limited resources and I managed to complete the mode on my first try after watching this. Your work is simply amazing.

I ended up running to the gate and following your guide. I had only one grenade left so I started blasting like I was Danny Devito til the end of the stage.
Your guide has reinvigorated my excitement for RE2! I haven't played the game in over 2-3 years but recall that I'm missing this achievement as well as the one where you defend the gas station from the zombie hordes. Fantastic guide. As a lot of other people are saying, I was able to get this first try thanks to you. I made a couple mistakes but I just healed and still had enough grenades to finish it no problem
After failing so many times, I finally did it! I thought I wasn't going to make it right at the end since I died at the end so many times! Never playing that mode again but I'm happy to get the achievements finally! Thank you for making this guide!

RE Veteran here. Have been playing for 20 years, and have gotten so good that I beat each title with no help, on hardened, on the first try. But these modes on 2make kill me. I can't grasp it. I know it's literally the same thing as EX Battle and Operation: Mad Jackyl, and I still play those efficiently, but I just can't get it with these new ones. But you? You look so comfortable and efficient. Thank you so much for this masterclass. 10/10

Dude thanks for the guide. If a relative noob like me can use this video to do this, anyone can. I messed up and had no magnum left for the last time X chases you so I threw one grenade then booked it. I headshot the guy at the gate and tried to bait the G but X was bounding down the damn stairs. I took off and used my last flash bang, then my last grenade, right as X was about to hit me. Of course I was also in caution and had no healing left, but the blast coupled with the earlier grenade (I guess) dropped him and I was barely able to shoot my way out out.
Yesssss this helped me sooo much with item management! Got my platinum! Ended up not waiting long enough on the de aggroed licker and used a bunch of shotgun rounds but the strat at the end and 2 grenades left I came through!
Was struggling on completing this shit, failure after failure, coming close but always something that ruins it. I hate how Mr.X is following in that hallway, and then some times he'll spawn at the top of the stairs, and the section with the G-Adult and all the zombies and plant assholes right at the end. But then I finally got it after watching your video! Funny thing is I didn't do no hit, and had no grenades by the end at the courtyard, but still managed to get it and make it, which is what I wanted so thank you!

Very helpful! The explanations of exactly how to position yourself with those big groups helped a lot more than just watching other no damage runs. I did always just run past the zombies at the very start aside from the last headshot guy and aside from that final run I was always able to just run past Mr X when you first see him. I had enough heals and the knife to help and unequipped my grenades/flashbangs until then. Did forget to walk a few times but I got lucky too. I’ve just got hardcore and some remaining collectables left of my plat but they seemed easy in comparison to this! 😂

Your videos are excellent, I played the game casually when it came out but only recently decided to pick it up again and go for the platinum and S+ all campaigns. I’ve used a few of your videos guide to help me on this journey. I quite like the 4th survivor and there are a number of ways to tackle it which is nice. I have also completed all 5 tofu runs even managing a no damage on one of them. I am struggling to get into the ghost survivors though I’d like to get that 100% but will see. Thanks for the videos
This is an awesome guide. Most I see have taught me tob make like bread truck n haul ass. Which works more often than it should. But my first time beating this, just now, I I'm outta defense weapons and got caught in that last hallway between those 4 or 5 zombies, and Mr. X. Luckily I still had my Mowie Wowie mix of Herbs and was able to survive all the random Resi Evil 4 stun lock bullshit until Mr. X threw me right at the exit, past all the foes... 😶😐🤨🤣🤣🤣 The point is, your guide reminded me of the first rule about going on the run, which is walk don't run. The fact that I could take a breather, wait for my opportunites, and shoot Mr X in the head with the magnum for the stun, never crossed my mind. Thank you. 🤙🤙
I will try this guide later on today. Trying to platinum Re2/3/4 but this mode i always make it to outside the main RPD Hall then i keep getting absolutely annihilated. 2 zombies grapple and as soon as i stand up Mr X punches me down, and as i get up the zombie i punched from the first grapple comes back for more and kills me with no time for anything. -:UPDATE:- Finally got the platinum, left the 4th survivor until the very end. Had to do other achievements first. Took me 23 mins and 2 attempts but thankfully i finished it and don’t need to play the 4th survivor again lol. At the end waiting to stun mr x in the hall i waited 5 mins and going in and out of the door but i could hear him wandering elsewhere so i just went for the gate and the G to get the final path to the exit but mr x never cane behind whatsoever he just stayed somewhere else. Thank you for this guide 🙏🏼
