Starts as a PS Classic, but drifts into a very interesting and unusual use of electric guitars for the Prefab Four. The idea of somebody being made into a guest who stayed forever is very funny. Epic, there is beauty in repetition.
I love the Fabs at this point... I used to have a tape solely with all the weird b-sides like this, Spoonface, Donna Summer etc.... that's where the real (life) gold is for true fans.
I'm an atheist through and through; Paddy's more a 'god' to me than any concocted deity, and I'm sure most die-hard fans agree; that's probably a tough one for him to cope with. Paddy's devotion to his religion isn't a biggie because he asks the big questions and seeks an answer; nothing wrong with that unless you're starting to get messages back! Maybe he has? Maybe that's his secret?!
An interesting fact about Paddy. One can see clear elements of his Christian faith in a lot of his writing. Whilst he may not have chosen the Priesthood - songs like Ride and One Of The Broken serve to spread a Christian message across a much wider audience than might otherwise have been the case.
I love their music and i have most of it..unfortunatly it is sometimes hard to to get over lyrics that seem to promote something as evil as christianity. Just like there are some rap songs I like musically but have a problem with the violent lyrics.
❤❤Bellissimo , ti fa viaggiare con la mente e con il cuore😍
The B sides by Prefab Sprout are haunting, amazing, avant-garde and revolutionary. These songs are among the best of Prefab Sprout 😍.
I totally love this! Another track (I'm guessing a B-side) I'm discovering for the first time, in 2020!

@@ianowen6310I thought he was Catholic?
"something as evil as christianity"? I think you should leave, you're clearly at the wrong party.
Always an interesting band....I have a problem with thier religious tilt

Cognitive dissonance can go in opposite directions with this.
Blimey. Where do you get this idea from? Not the first two albums I'm sure.
