why when i search for "live2d tutorial" its always ended up to vtuber?! it suck, i wanna learn how to create an animated short film with it, where can i find the tutorial? im frustated!
Mostly the same rules and techniques apply to animation as they do vtubers. Just less a focus on detailed tracking rigs. Live2d is just a tool, as long as you learn the tool its up to you how its used. Most of what I know about vtuber rigs is from using and learning the software and not particularly vtuber focused tuts. I'd maybe start by learning how to use the software (vtuber tutorials & general intro tutorials). Then supplement it with illustration animation tutorials and time lapses. There's plenty of good resources on animation out there, just gotta look a bit further then 2 key words.
