    I've been using the Elite series 2 controller for almost one year and I decided to buy the gamesir G7 SE to test it out. Had for almost a month now and i can say that this is my main controller for right now, if your looking for a budget controller with back buttons and your worrued about it having no delay and stick drift this is the one. I did however buy the kontrolfreek galaxy fps thumbsticks when i bought this controller and for the price of 92 dollars for both of my items, You cant go wrong. I appreciate the dedication you put into this video and keep it up

    Same here. Was living off Best Buy warranties for the Elite 1 and 2 back in the olden days. Since then Ive found better mid and high priced controllers so the Elite is rarely in rotation anymore. Especially with the hall effect sticks and clicky buttons in some of these controllers now. I also have adapters to use other controllers , like PS5 , etc. Aside from MULTIPLE durability issues with the Elite 1 and 2, there is just way too much deadzone on the sticks. Its like you have to move past this massive neutral zone before it registers movement. I dont understand how that was passable in testing. Sony's controllers have less deadzone but nothing really compares to the hall effect sticks like the Guillikit King Kong controllers, in that area. For those that dont know, try a twin stick shooter with an OG Xbox controller then try it with hall effect sticks and the accuracy difference is insanely noticable.
    Do wish King Kong Pro controller had stick tension adjustments too, so as it stands Im constantly using different controllers for different games, for one feature or another. Still havent found the one controller with everything, microswitch buttons and dpad (or great membrane dpad), back paddles, hall effect sticks, adjustable stick tension, macros, turbo settings, rubber grips, trigger locks,. Currently the Guilikit King Kong pro controllers are the closest ive gotten to having everything in a single controller , especially the KK3 MAX which is thier latest. I have that one coming in soon. Still its missing that clicky dpad and clicky buttons. The Gamesir G7 seems great too, but that version doesnt have the hall sticks. It does have the rubber grip, clicky buttons and dpad, but no hall sticks. Just give me a version that has the hall sticks, the rubber grips and clicky buttons and that would probably rank up there for me (despite missing some other features).I believe the higher priced G7 SE version you have gets rid of the rubber grips and clicky buttons and dpad. The hall sticks are awesome though.

      @dedanieldd 10 месяцев назад +1

      That's an update delay. Polling rate is partially responsible for input delay. The latency between button presses and signal received by the console is what called an input delay.

      @@codyonekinobi5271 He is probably asking if there is any way to adjust the tension of the stick?
      Even if the Hall Effect sensors do not cause stick drift, the stick spring is still mechanical and will loosen over time causing stick drift.
      The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 comes with a stick adjustment tool that lets you tweak the tension.

    • @codyonekinobi5271
      @codyonekinobi5271  Год назад

      To my knowledge I don't know of any way to adjust the tension of the joysticks like the elite series 2. I do know you can adjust the dead zones in a couple other stuff in the application on the Xbox for the controller.

    • @codyonekinobi5271
      @codyonekinobi5271  Год назад +1

      So I have done more research. And have found out you can adjust the tension physically on the elite series 2. But for the gamesir G7 se all the adjustments are made in the app.

    • @codyonekinobi5271
      @codyonekinobi5271  Год назад

      I'm going to make another video soon. It's been the best controller I've ever owned but it does have hiccups sometimes. The physical aspect of it I've never had any problems with, But I do know my joysticks and triggers can get funky sometimes. (Which I'll explain in my next video) how I fix the controller when it's acting a little bit wonky is unplugging it and plugging it back in. And then kind of testing it around in the application for the controller on the Xbox.

    • @Wizard_Worm
      @Wizard_Worm Год назад +2

      I’ve seen people online say to swap the white faceplate with the normal g7’s black faceplate which sucks if you only have one of them. It has something to do with the friction rings on the g7 se.

    question not related to the controller but do you think its worth upgrading from the xbox series s to series x

    • @codyonekinobi5271
      @codyonekinobi5271  Год назад +2

      I'd be happy to give my opinion. The biggest difference is speed and video quality. And obviously storage. If you don't have a TV or monitor that supports 4K at 120 frames per second I would go ahead save $200 and buy the series s. Now however, if you do have a monitor or TV that supports 120 frames per second at 4K or even 1440p I would go ahead and get it. The speed is absolutely ridiculous and a good way. And trust me, if you've never gained on 120 frames per second you'll never want to go back.

    Just recently I got the G7SE pretty good waiting for the 1000 Hertz to come out with the Exodus app on console also there's no getting good at call of duty unless you exploit the skill-based matchmaking but even then it's still boring cuz you're basically just beating on noobs and bots it's either the players are two overpowered basically hackers or they're too weak there's no middle ground which is boring haven't bought a call of duty since Cold war I did play modern who cares one and two didn't buy it though game sharing it I'm never going to buy one again

    • @codyonekinobi5271

      I can understand where you're coming from definitely skill-based matchmaking is ruining call of duty. But regardless I still personally like it. But the controller I even use it for Madden, 2k, and fortnite and I love it
