@@pokemon_fan659 but none of them can fully charge or even charge upto half capacity in less than half an hour... an anker 20000 mah thag has qc3 capabilities takes 8 hours to charge.... you're not paying for the capacity... you're paying for the speed
Been so long since I've seen you upload something cool other than phones and laptops in a long while..... Keep this random content up again, thanks brotha!👌🏾
Nearly 3 years later and the first powerbank that recharges faster is finally here. It's the Anker 737 pwoerbank with 24,000mah. The battery doesn't recharge in 18 minutes like this powerbank but it charges more energy in the same time frame thanks to 140W charging, which is more important. I have this powerbank and it's flippin insane!
If I’m not mistaken, since it is graphene it is technically a capacitor that does not use chemical reactions to charge and thus the storage should never change and should always be 100% for the life of the product instead of dropping over time like lithium ion batteries do.
We want slim smartphones and then we buy a brick, carry it with us to charge our slim phone with it. So we carry two objects and find it acceptable, but god forbid making phone 100g heavier and 3mm thicker to give it decent battery. :) This is the logic of the modern-day world.
Let's say both this thing and your phone are dead, and you get home and get prepared to go out for the night, you plug it in go take a shower, shave, get dressed and go out with it at 100% ready to charge your phone (rapidly). AMAZING.
The watt itself doesn’t matter once it goes high enough. The diff between 40 and 65 for example is non existent in speed in charging phones for example. IMO both the oppo and iPhone r great
In your video the power bank was charged from 0 to 50% in 13 minutes. The voltage increase over time is an inverse exponential function but for simplicity we just use 0-50%. The total capacity is 10,000mAh. 50% of it would be 5,000 mAh. Let's say the voltage is 5 V thus, 5*5*3600 = 90e3 J energy. From V*I*t=U we can get the current I = 90e3/5/13/60 ~= 23 Amperes. That's a huge amount of current. I don't know how a USB-C connection can handle it since typical USB-Cs are 1 to 3 Amperes or MAX 5A.
Everyone hear me out please. I'm a residential construction worker and I use DeWalt 20v drill batteries with a USB adapter to charge my phone. 2.0 AH and it charges my phone for almost 2 days or at the very least charges my Note 8, 7 to 8 times before it dies AND it the drill battery charges in roughly 10 minutes on it's super fast charging dock. Plus I have multiple of these drill batteries as you'd imagine so I'm never without charge. Especially when the drill battery charges in 10 minutes. There are other drill batteries that go as high as 6.0AH flexvolt 60v. That'll probably keep your phone charged or other devices for at least a week on constant use. AND THE FINAL THING THAT WILL SELL YOU is that I have had these batteries for years!!! Never have they ever failed. Never gone bad. Still holds their charge for over 3 years!! I strongly suggest you guys to go this route. Thank you for your time and I hope I saved someone some time and money.
By the way. DeWalt drill batteries are about $80. The normal charging station for the batteries takes about half as longer. So 10 minute on a fast charger takes 15 minutes. The Dewalt USB addapter to charge your devices is about $15 - $20. All can be found on Amazon! Yeah it's kinda pricey. Not gonna lie. But it will last you a very long time

Hang on a sec, your own test just showed that they're lying about the charge time. You can see on your time-lapse that it took over 26 minutes to charge it to full capacity, and at 19 minutes it only reached about 70% when they claim that it should have fully charged by this point. Its great tat you showed the test at the end of the video, but you really should have commented on this.
The last 30 percent has to charge at a slower speed an all lithium batteries to avoid damaging them. If u keep pumping in the full amount of current the voltage will rise above what the battery can handle which is usually about 4.1-4.3
It's false advertising. Even if it's fast, advertise it at 25min then no one would say shit. But when you say 19, and it only goes to 70%.. fake garbage.
@@ElroyBoi false advertising is false advertising, and this is particularly bad in this case, where the speed of charging this powerbank is the entire sales pitch.
This technology is amazing. 19 minutes for 10k mAh! Incredible. Simply incredible. This tech will be the reason for gasoline being replaced by electric. Been waiting forever for faster recharging technology. This is it
I'm unimpressed. The speed at which a battery charges is related more to the charging current than the chemistry of the battery. I have 5 year old, dirt cheap, 6000mah 6 cell batteries I run in my helicopter that charge up in about this time, it's not because of the cells, it's because I'm charging them at 20 amps using an HP server power supply that's almost as large as my charger. Also 10 amp/hrs of capacity at 4.2 volts is no slouch, but it's not huge or high capacity mostly because it's only a single cell/low voltage. 10amp hours at 4.2 volts is the same storage capacity as 5000mah at 8.4 volts, or 2500mah at 16.6 volts.
