Seems like a good way to deter people to come to our city. Tickets cops or not. Put up a secure place for people to do a burn out box . Set up a secure street race option for people. There's always better options then to just say we're gna shut it down. Get involved with the community.....maybe it will remove the pucker face you have going on.
Seems like you don't get the concept that deterring certain people from coming to your city is precisely the point. It shouldn't be the authorities responsibility to provide you a place to annoyingly use your vehicle as an entertainment device.
