Super valuable!! There's really not many more advanced videos like this one out here so thanks for helping us gain another 1%! Would love to see more Ply x Smartsuite usecases! For example creating tasks/records straight from a gmail inbox. If there's no previous thread --> create new one , if there's a previous thread couple it to that one and add the extra info. This would eliminate a bunch of switching tabs, copying and pasting info and also streamlining things to get more consistent results.

Is there a simple way to share statuses across apps of a solution, similar to space statuses in Clck Up? I tried creating a reference look up app with just statuses, to then reference from other apps, though it didn't quite work (and doesn't feel like the correct solution)
I had this same question in the SS community. Wanted to know if there was a way to make a library or statuses or default statuses to use acorss different apps instead of recreating it every time. I didn't find a solution. I did add it as a feature request though in canny

I know this is a late reply and I bet you've sorted this now but... You could create a list of statuses (stati??) in a specific app, then create a linked record field in every future app which will look them up. It would also have the bonus of you being able to create widgets in a dashboard to show how many records are currently in a certain status, and potentially how much revenue would be tied up in each status, status by member of staff... there are endless possibilities and I'm only just discovering them.
