As a fellow token enjoyer, I just want to say how much I appreciate the fact that Cameron apparently upgrades his deck's tokens more often than he upgrades his deck.
@1:16:24 I'm not a Tolkienist but I am a linguist. I am pretty sure Eorlingas is plural itself. Tolkien's influence here is Old English. The word is composed of the root 'Eorl' (Lord of the Éothéod and the first King of Rohan), '-ing' (a patronymic suffix; 'belonging to' which survives in English today in surnames like Browning and Ewing) and it seems to be inflected for plural number with '-as'. Eorlingas is simply the name for the descendants of Eorl, the people of Rohan, the Rohirrim. It's a bit complicated though because reconstructed Proto-Germanic has -ingaz from which -ing is descended and everywhere else Tolkien uses '-ing' the plural is just '-ings' (Dundlendings, Beornings) except for Helmingas, which also refers to the Rohirrim. If this is the case, maybe the influence is older Germanic in which case '-ingas' might actually be singular and the plural might be something like Eorlingōs but I don't think anything like that is attested in his corpus and there's at least one place where he uses Eorlings suggesting Eorling is the singular with variation in the plural. But I'm also just completely speculating here.

While I appreciate the joke, I just really actually want a Ragavan that does all the same things except for creating the Treasure for my slightly lower-powered cube, since I am a sucker for Gonti effects. Make it nonlegendary and give it a really funky creature type so people can't say it's strictly worse and we are golden. (It's second on the list of cards I want strictly worse reprints of, just after Recurring Nightmare with a CMC cap on the creature it returns)
I'll have you know that my wife runs 8Land Belcher in Canlander and she wins games! Its an absurdly strange and fragile deck but it combos out pretty fast with the right pieces
Re: the conversation about Ragavan 2 in MH3-- I want them to print a new Kari Zev instead and she's just a perfect counter to Ragavan. One mana, says cards can't be exiled from your library or your opponents can't make treasures or something. Maybe just "you have protection from Monkey creatures." The art can be her making a disapproving face at Ragavan.
Watching this brings to mind the page of Chainsaw Man where a line of people are waiting their turn to jump Denji in the karaoke room. I’m just imagining the LRR crew, decks in hand, standing outside the room in the same way.

Thus, and Eorl-ing is a descendant of Eorl (thus one of the people of Rohan), and Eorlingas is the plural. Ergo, Forth Eorlingas! translates to Off we go, People of Rohan!
