How to bake potatoes in the oven
Looking for a simple but delicious side dish for fish and meat? Think of potatoes! You usually always have them at home. And I'll show you two basic ways to bake them. We'll bake the whole potato with the skin on until golden brown and make confit potatoes, which are cut into half rings. You can cook at the same time.
Ingredients for cooking potatoes in the oven:
4 potatoes
salt
butter and sunflower oil to grease the potatoes

4 medium potatoes
3-4 cloves of garlic 
100 g of butter
