I have my bachelors, half of my masters in business... and then left to become an associates level RN. In 15 years of being an associate level RN - those nurses that stacked their degrees and became bachelors RN’s, masters RN (excluding nurse anesthetists) and PhD RN’s (no, I’m not joking) - are significantly less competent than certificate RN’s and associate RN’s. Those who struggle with competency... always stack degrees and then get moved into leadership positions. Hence why we are seeing just about every system in the US fail.

I swear my father originated that decades back. I was born in 1979, and my father has been telling us this since as far back as I can recall. He did 21 years in the military, retired - then worked custodial/maintenance at a community college where he earned a second pension. “These people have been educated far beyond their intelligence levels. Don’t ever become one of them”.

1:20 this thinking is the answer many conservatives have been looking for. There's this accusation that college campuses are largely liberal...and this is true. But is only that way because the political right in America has conceded any influence in academia, the arts, and film to the Left. From the outside looking in, it dordnf
You can't complain about Hollywood and college if in fact you are actively dissuading conservatives from those arenas.
Liberals are not the only creative people in society. And thus, my fear is that if we continue to value practical trades over academia, or accounting over a creative field, those spaces will only become increasingly monolithic. If conservatives truly believe that everyone has a purpose designated by God, they should refrain from discouraging other young conservatives from going into the spaces that might be aligned with their life purpose. If Candace can create a career for herself on exposing conservative ideals on college campuses through organizations like this one, then surely another young conservative can aspire to be a Hollywood Director if, in fact, they have the talent and the desire. If they truly believe in diversity of thought, I don't think they would be giving this kind of advice...
