"while not a jam-packed monthly report" almost made me fall off my chair. Coming from the ED universe I had to pause your video several times to catch my breath. :D
Hah! There are some truly dense months, this one actually did have a bit more than I maybe let on with that statement, but I actually didn't include a lot of the content discussing 3.14, since I will be covering that in my review. Just wait for August - October!
I just did my first flight in Star Citizen. I made it to another space station and landed successfully. I disembarked and started exploring the new location. I'm blown away! When I landed it felt so real! Like actually getting to land and explore a space station. Star Citizen is fantastic! Ever since I got my pc equipped to run the game. I already had gaming pc with a 4+ ghz processor. So all I had to do is increase my ram to 32, and install the game to an external ssd . And it runs great so far! Before I did those modifications I wasn't enjoying it, due to poor performance . But now its awesome!
I know I keep saying this but I would really really love to see some type of night vision use in game. The dark side of certain planets is very dark and very hard to navigate. Makes mining rather difficult. Great video as always. Wish I knew half as much about this game as you do.
Indeed. When i'm doing monitor missions trying to reorient my self with the comms station is a real PITA. I uasually just turn on my QD and look for the nearest red marker.
@@belowaverage7539 I found a trick to that. Once you reach the comms station. Go into your star map and Target the station again. It will place a red diamond on it. That way you can always find your way back to it if need be.
7:46 OH MY GOD FINALLY YESSS, Ive been asking for space weed ever since I played this game... I hope they also let us grow it and other plants and have farming gameplay in the future.
It's been tradeable for awhile. There used to be skirmishes over this stuff in the trade wars back around 2019 or so. Hopefully with the new....uses, and Jumptown 2.0 coming, we'll see a return of the blackmarket.
Out of all the channels I watch for Star Citizen information, this is one is the best! Actually visually showing off videos/pictures related the topic is a lot more informative and gives context. There are far too many channels out there that just read notes to gameplay.
It's really almost going to be a second Life. If you look at ARK survival evolved, it's not hard to imagine such a thing. People staying up day and night to raise a (powerful) dinosaur, just a small bit (2 weeks in total for a giganotosaurus!), to later lose it to a fight or game glitches. I know, I've done it.
Honestly Star Citizen is the most enjoyable space S.I.M. ive ever played. Right now its the most playable its ever been. Ive been getting in 3v1 dog fights. Last night i got into a fire fight in an astroid field between two different rival faction. At least 30 ships and 5 other players were involved. No lag, no stutters and no bs. It was a blast. Im play on a Acer Nitro laptop. I play with all setting on high and my face cam off. Besides area 18 i never have frame drop. Idk what they did but the game is running so well. Best $60 i spent all year. If you like chill gameplay holy god SC has it in spades. I did some mining on Aberdeen in some cave. Found a cave i had to fly inside to get to the ground level to land my ship. There were ore deposits all over the walls so i just locked my ship, turned off the engines and left my power and lights on so i didnt need my flashlight. After i cleared the area of ore i returned to my ship. Dropped the ore i already gathered and turned off the power to my ship to go deeper into the cave. There were bioluminesent plantlife lining the gaves walls and room. There was even a swimming part that i had to go through. If you dont have a very good since of durection i suggest you bring flares to mark the path you entered from. The caves are massive. I was down there for about 2 hours. I didnt find the bottom or the end. When they add wildlife to the cave, spelunking will becone one of the most terrifying experiances in the game. This game is amazing. If you like space exploration drop elite dangerious and no mans sky, Star Citizen is the game your looking for.
Wow, this was a fantastic breakdown! I follow development pretty closely, but there were still a few really juicy bits in there I hadn't seen the details on before! Well done!
Good lawd, this game looks amazing and your description of what's coming sounds amazing(er). I'm on Linux and have never had a reason to consider putting Windows on a partition until seeing what Star Citizen is becoming. Now? I'm thinkin' it's gonna happen.
