This is a very unique warm-up! My wife and I have been practicing ZHealth with Dr. Grove Higgins in Colorado Springs for about a year now and it has really helped us become more efficient in our workouts. Also, it has alleviated our pain from years of beating ourselves up in the gym. I am looking forward to becoming certified in the future and continuing to practice Zhealth! Thank you.

Trey, thank you for your comment and question. Vibration could be beneficial as a warm-up. We would recommend testing it. Do a simple range of motion test before and after. If the range of motion improves, you are good to go.

    Really nice warm up!
Some in depth explaining about the different exercises would be so incredible!

    Dr. Cobb et al,
As mentioned, it's important to activate the neocortex with sensory stimulus before training the motor system. With that in mind, I'm wondering if spending 5-10 minutes on a vibration plate might prove to be an effective pre-training warm up strategy. Your thoughts?
