When it comes to the abdomen n the core I love variations and different sets of exercises in order not to develop the muscle memory of doing the same exercises and put a halt on those gains. The tempo of ur workouts makes me automatically engage my core to the fullest . A fan already ❤

Done a million of these videos. GREAT video. Mini break in between to understand the next exercise. Allows you to maximize form. Not the same old abs we're used to. Good variety. Good count down meter. Keep them coming

Thank you for creating the starter series for abs, I can finally do all the exercises, and it's more motivating to do so, though I face trouble doing exercise that involves crunches is there any advice as to why that happens and how to do those exercises properly?
You're welcome and thanks for following along! As for crunches, just focus on doing small, intentional movements. Don't worry so much about coming all the way up, instead, focus on isolation movements. That will be way more effective in the long run. Also, when you get tired, rest or pause. It's better to do high quality reps vs using your neck to to abs, etc..
