This is actually one of my favorite videos we ever took of the beach training with @noemibosques , conditions were bad , windy , gloomy, cold and wet .. yet this drill was a defining moment of a lot of the training, that even though have nothing left and everything sucks Nono dug deep and did whatever it took to get to the end , was this weight too heavy ? Yes of course it was but ya cannot stop spirit when it refuses to quit !! Kick, punch, bite, swear , scratch .... what ever it takes , just GET IT DONE !!!
