  • decided to do a mental health type video for you guys explaining what it's like to find out as an adult that you have an attention deficit disorder. i hope that if any of u have a similar experience this video might be helpful to u. I'm diagnosed with A.D.D. (Attention Deficit Disorder), not A.D.H.D. (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder), but I assume the symptoms are similar enough that you can relate if you have either one. even if you don't struggle with this, maybe this video will help you to better understand those who do.

ok it's actually uncanny how much i relate to this and your videos about your college experience. i was diagnosed with ADD/ADHD PI when i was 18 and also struggle with depression/social anxiety. it was even nigahiga's ADHD video that got me to start looking into it and eventually bringing it up with my therapist before i got diagnosed.
just wanted to say thanks for helping me feel a bit less down and a bit less alone tonight
