- The Indian Navy and the DRDO carried out a successful precision strike of the ship launched BrahMos Missile. The missile which was tested was mounted with a Made-In-India seeker and booster. Great example of indigenous and friendly nation cooperation. Wish we had done the same with the numerous aircrafts we made earlier. Mig 21, Mig 29, Su 30 MKIs. Rather than just producing them, if we had developed versions with indigenous contents, our aircraft programmes wouldn't have been in the stage that it is now.
