It’s definitely a hard thing to learn but it’s a real game changer when you do. It’s more than just receiving compliments. It’s letting the feeling of it going inside of you.. gratitude is more of a feeling than actually saying thank you. Gratitude can be felt when someone’s not in front of you but just the memory of a kindness.
