Good explanation. But use the Rudder, in the way control whell go. And neutral control wheel is the key, that tell you how much Rudder you need. This to adverse yaw. Sorry I will like explain more but you have the key to think about.
Most probably cause is much bigger load factor (g load). 30 degrees bank angle gives only 1.15g, while 45 gives much more: 1.41. Thats why its better to avoid banking more than 30-35 degrees and read carefully every details in aircraft manual. Every plane has own design limits.
