Ada's character in this movie really reminds me of my childhood in West Africa. As a young girl, I was often forced to care for the babies of adults who mistreated me; during my childhood, cloth diapers were used for babies, and I was forced to pre-wash, wash and rinse the babies diapers by hand. However, I was happy to care for the babies because it allowed me to escape into a setting in which I could shower the babies with the same love and caring that I desired. This was the way I maintained my humanity.

I just started watching and I can't even continue. It has revive a trauma, some people may think this was extreme but has actually someone can do it and did. My stepmother treated me like this and when she finally had a child it got worse and I couldn't take it after 8years of non stop suffering. One day I jumped from the balcony ran for my life. Her and my father did the unthinkable. I never got access to medical care when I was with them while my father was a certified pharmacist for 16years at the time. God was my savior 🙏
