I kno my fren. However there are some significant differences between theirs and Msia/Spores' version. Thais' nam prik kapi is more flavourful with addition of garlic, palm sugar and fish sauce and most significant is the soft Thai belacan they use. Further down south the peninsular, the recipe is much simpler usually with just red chilli, toasted Penang belacan and maybe some garlic pounded together and finished off with lime juice as they do.
