My take away was we all hit the wall from time to time, but how you view the wall makes all the difference, to see it as a sign to get out of your comfort zone and stretch and grow may be intimidating, but always, always amazingly positive and empowering for real growth and experience. Also, her radiant positivity and creativity to have a ten year plan at 103 is truly inspiring. Never stop shooting for the stars and do it with love and desire to share with the world, live with passion.
I'm a 60 year old woman and thought I was running out of time to fulfill my purpose, since I'm not even sure I know what that is yet, but you, Dear Lady, have given me renewed hope and inspiration, I'm so grateful for you I have tears in my eyes from pure emotion and the joy of your energy connecting with mine! Wow, I loved this entire broadcast and felt very inspired, but at around the 43 minute time stamp I nearly fell over when you were talking about your ten years plan involving the creation of healing communities. I moved to a property in Knoxville Tennessee in 2016 and almost immediately began to feel the land speaking to me to create a place for community and gathering for healing and teaching and celebration of life. I'm working to create gardens and spaces for yoga, Qigong, meditation, earthing, music, healthy dining( but delicious as well) along with natural herbs and supplements, such as teas and elixirs. We have miniature goats and chickens and four acres of lush sloping land begging to be loved into a place of soul restoration. I share your vision for sure.
I wish there was a podcast that featured all the brilliant seniors in world. They have so much wisdom. I watched my siblings talk to my mom like she was deaf or senile. Maddening. She was the smartest person in our tribe and I got my best advice always from her. To the end of her mealy century of living she stayed sharp and intuitive and a bit pushy. lol. I love this lady. My gram Olga had hair to her feet and wore that braid also. Many thanks for bringing her on. Such a joy to watch
She reminds me of my mother. Strong brilliant. My best buddy. She died last year at nearly 99 yrs and was taking care of herself until ten days before she died. She was very in tune with nature very holistic rarely saw a dr. Was on no meds at all. Never sick really til Covid. What a joy to watch this lovely lady. Made me cry. Thank you for this. I’m gonna guess there are many wise elders who would be willing to come forward and share their life’s wisdoms and work, it’s just there aren’t enough Amrits to create the spaces for them to come forward. One of these podcasts the other day, a lady was in 'heaven', life review, and she realised that what made her 'good' or 'bad' was how she had made people feel. Also, when i had NDE i got the knowing right as they put me back here, 'this planet is about feelings'. That was about 35 years ago and do you know i realised that everything affects our feelings but movtivation is feelings and everything is feelings, but i never clicked how simple it is until that lady said, 'I did good when i made someone feel good' in her life review. So, 'One Day at a Time' i guess, one moment at a time, one attitude at a time. One word.
The Indians of America had it right ..we are the care takers of mother earth. We have not lived up to this. But we are learning ..I have fath we are on the cusp of change.
