I appreciate her speaking out against Israel’s actions. But personally it needs to be talked about more. What Israel is doing to the Palestinian people is horrendous. Israel’s government needs to be thrown out and replaced. And new laws need to be placed. Palestinians need to be freed, the siege on Gaza needs to be broken, the right of return needs to be placed, and Palestinians must have freedom of movement.
Why should they have a right of return? They went out alone as cover at the behest of Jordan and Syria, so that Arab countries would wipe out Israel, now that they have lost, should Israel apologize? Why? If this causes it to be a terrorist act then Israel will not take a risk. And what about the Iraqi Jews? Syria? Egypt? Tunisia? Libya? Algiers? Yemen? Why don't they deserve compensation? They were thrown out of these countries. A large number also lost family members who were murdered and they had to simply flee. Israel does a lot for the Palestinians, electricity, water, medicine, work permits. Israel gives them, but terrorist organizations destroy everything and in the world it is difficult to talk about Hamas because they are rightly preoccupied with the Palestinian citizens who are forced to live a life of security because of Israel's understandable interest in defending itself.
