Rice University students react after on-campus parties canceled

Students at Rice University are reacting to the campus canceling all student parties through Spring Break after an annual event last week ended with some students in the emergency room. Several students were taken to the hospital after dealing with alcohol-related illnesses on-site. FOX 26's Sherman Desselle looks into the school's response and what students are saying.

I dont blame universtity authorities.
Things have change for the worse.
Nothing is like years ago when people could feel safe. I am sorry for the students they deserve to have fun but politics went crazy signing crazy gun laws permiting all individuals to be armed. Nobody is safe now😢
