Oh, so good, Birthday Cake Vanilla cake with white chocolate icing

It's getting that time of year, Daniel's birthday. Daniel likes to experiment in the kitchen so this year he is baking a vanilla cake with white chocolate icing.
Recipe:
2 c a/p flour
2 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
4 large eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
1 c milk
3t vanilla
3t vegetable oil
Mixed flour and butter until mixture is like crumbs. Add sugar, salt and baking powder, blend well. Then add milk, oil and vanilla, blend well again. Then add eggs one at a time. Beat until creamy. Pour into greased pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 3 8" pans.
Icing:
3 white chocolate bars
1/4 c heavy cream
Cut bars into smaller pieces. Heat on medium heat, heavy cream until very warm. Pour warm heavy cream over chocolate and mix in mixer until light and fluffy. If not all the white chocolate melted, you can heat up in microwave for 15 seconds until melted.
