It’s a great podcast! Immigration lawyer’s perspective as an immigrant themselves gives a unique outlook and perspective to the whole process!
Thanks for the very insightful session. Please, Can we get her contact ?
who do you think has been the best immigration attorney for EB-1 since you have spoken to so many
I think everyone has their own style! But whoever answers your questions in detail and help plan out your case should be the attorney you should go for!
@ the reason I think you can answer this question the best is because you have spoken to so,many attorneys
Very good session.
One qq, How about the applicant had suitable criterias for EB1A 15 years ago but now he is into different job sector and current situation is not suitable for the criterias, can this still be a valid case for EB1A petition?
Hello Praneet, how we can port the priority date from eb2 to Eb1a?
Hi Praneet,
I wanted to take a moment to appreciate how insightful your "EB1A Visa" series videos are-they've been incredibly helpful. I’d like to present my husband's case and see if he might be eligible for this visa from India.
He is a Senior Researcher at a world-renowned R&D lab with five patents (three granted and two pending) and has published 3-4 papers in various conferences. His work has been cited by companies like BMW (as the first author), Adobe Inc. (as the second author), IBM (as the second author), and more. Additionally, he has spoken at the OSPERT conference in Toulouse.
Given his credentials, do you think he would be eligible for the EB1A visa? We are currently based in Bangalore, India.
Looking forward to your thoughts.
I have DM’d on LinkedIn!

Everyone who watches this should take all the info with a big grain of salt. some of the statements are just dangerous to spread over the internet - like that one about an immigration officer making a choice between two cases. With strong 6-7 criteria, you don't need a lawyer at all
Your last sentence is correct, but the challenge is that only very few people have strong 6-7 criteria..
From my background review I think person's with strong criteria on "original contribution of major significant impact", " leading and critical role", "salary", "Judge work of others", and " authorship of published papers" will easily get approved for EB-1A.
Hi, can you also suggest a attorney for adjustment of status application?
Dobrina can definitely help! If not please leave a message on LinkedIn I am happy to suggest
She talked of iTriple membership. Please did i get that spelling?
