It sounds like you're dying As if the build up is you laying in bed hearing less and less of your surroundings, then when the violin or whayever kicks in, you've just realised you're dying and instead of fearing it, you just accept it and it feels blissful. As if the whole universe expands and contracts at the same time in you, and everything is ok
I wonder everyday if adults really are happy or simply incur their lives and ingore happiness. I can't see why a lot of people want to dissociate from their childhood, it just doesn't make sense... It still shocks me how you go from being well-treated and loved as a child and quickly become thrown into that "society pit", ingored and just paart of a depressing scenery.

But it does sound kinda depressing to think that even if you end up with a decent job and make decent money, that you might still be too busy to enjoy life nearly as much as you did as a kid, and that you'll just have to get used to settling for less for the rest of your days. Who am I to say though, I definitely can't speak for anyone else or the way their lives are going, but I sure as hell hope life doesn't have to end up being that claustrophobic. Always stay on that grind and make good for yourself though, and hopefully we'll make it and be alright.

I suffer from a lot of dissociation/depersonalization-derealization issues. Although dreamcore/weirdcore things make it slightly worse, it's comforting seeing and hearing what people imagine dreams to be like. My life feels like a dream i can never wake up from, so when i see things that are clearly meant to be dream like, it's comforting, reality anchoring, in a way. This song sounds like the inside of my head. I'm keeping this one for private listening. Edit: a whole 2 years later and i have some updates for those who left kind words. I've come to realize my issues were symptoms of a dissociative disorder, namely OSDD-B. Which means i have actually been a system of many people this entire time. A lot of this music and aesthetic spoke to a lot of our members i guess, and it helped with this realization. We're on a diagnosis journey, and i'd like to thank everyone for the kind words of encouragement.

The track “Nevermind, Everything’s Ok” really gets me thinking. It just evokes something inside me, like an image or existence and the music that accompanies only adds to that feeling. It’s comforting. Too comforting. It’s so homely as it is yet it seems so worried about something unnamable. Like a parent hugging their child too tightly as they stare off at something the kid can’t see. All the while having this expression on their face; they’re trying to look happy for the child but whenever they turn to that thing, it’s like their face has a glitch. Glitch. The kind that makes you wonder if you’re hearing or seeing things right. It’s not just relaxed, it’s lovely- no, loving. Right up close and personal as it feels it should be, as a partner’s shoulder or a guardian’s embrace. So why does it feel… distant at the same time? It feels hazy and dream-like. Is it a past memory? As I think deeper, I feel the music’s presence leave me, as if me daring to think it might not be all it lets on, completely disconnects me from its reality. I feel alone. I first heard this song when I was in a good spot in life, when I was happy, which I hadn't been in so long, those times are now over, and once again I was casted into a world full of misery, reflection, disassociation, confusion, and always in a dream like state where nothing felt real, that was 4 years ago, and even now, I'm still dealing with the aftermath of it all, from 8 years of problems where one always lead to another, nearly none ever being resolved, and even today, things are getting worse and worse everyday, I'm scared, and after so long I have come to a conclusion on my personality issues, being an ego that was formed automatically to save me from mental life or death situations throughout the years, but now that it's less needed, it's only causing mostly harm, sure, it can be rude, self absorbed, and arrogant, but it has the confidence normal me would never have, it's more strategical and never misses anything, and while sometimes it keeps me company, almost like a separate person that I can talk to, it now is becoming a bigger problem, holding me back from going anywhere in life, it can be spontaneous or triggered, but either way, it's nice to hear this song again, it reminds me of a simpler time in the eye of the storm...

i hope one day that this songs gets back up one Spotify, i always queued it up when i started playing on my Minecraft world, ESPECIALLY when i went mining and exploring in caves. It hit the most when I would stumble across the deep dark biome, and seeing the Skulk pulse was so nice and comforting yet very scary because the skulk looks like some sort of world virus or plague that is infecting the world from the ground up. Anyways, this song hit it's peak when I would come across an Ancient City. The song and the structure itself gave off this abandoned, comforting, cold, warm, all sorts of adjectives to it. I’m goin though a rough patch of time rn (as I have been for the past year or so) its not severe or anything but it makes me feel pretty shitty at times and this song has been quite a large source of comfort for me. I first heard this song when I was in a good spot in life, when I was happy, which I hadn't been in so long, those times are now over, and once again I was casted into a world full of misery, reflection, disassociation, confusion, and always in a dream like state where nothing felt real, that was 4 years ago, and even now, I'm still dealing with the aftermath of it all, from 8 years of problems where one always lead to another, nearly none ever being resolved, and even today, things are getting worse and worse everyday, I'm scared, and after so long I have come to a conclusion on my personality issues, being an ego that was formed automatically to save me from mental life or death situations throughout the years, but now that it's less needed, it's only causing mostly harm, sure, it can be rude, self absorbed, and arrogant, but it has the confidence normal me would never have, it's more strategical and never misses anything, and while sometimes it keeps me company, almost like a separate person that I can talk to, it now is becoming a bigger problem, holding me back from going anywhere in life, it can be spontaneous or triggered, but either way, it's nice to hear this song again, it reminds me of a simpler time in the eye of the storm...

i hope one day that this songs gets back up one Spotify, i always queued it up when i started playing on my Minecraft world, ESPECIALLY when i went mining and exploring in caves. It hit the most when I would stumble across the deep dark biome, and seeing the Skulk pulse was so nice and comforting yet very scary because the skulk looks like some sort of world virus or plague that is infecting the world from the ground up. Anyways, this song hit it's peak when I would come across an Ancient City. The song and the structure itself gave off this abandoned, comforting, cold, warm, all sorts of adjectives to it. I can't truly described the feeling but I hope this kinda did at the same time. Once again, I really do hope that one day that this song comes back to Spotify. Thank you dreamcorp.
