If you're a Motorola fan this is the radio of all radio's. I have always loved Motorola equipment and have owned some really nice radio gear but this thing is so ungodly expensive I'm never be able to buy one much-less HOLD one. Heck, I would just love to have an XTS3000 !! I'll have to just stick to my old HT1000 portables!! But I remember paying $350 for a regular ol' HT1000 back in the early 1990's. Today they typically run in the $50 range. I might get an APX7000 around 2025...
I Plan To Get One By The Next Ten Years Right Now Getting A 5k For X-Mas And Have Been Saving For One Of These Since They Came Out And Also Saving For 5k To Cant Wait.
If I had a midland cheap two way radio could I talk to you if I was withing range if we were on the same channel? Because I want to get a different radio than my pal and I am not sure if we can chat.
