I'm an Ex-Muslim and I was familiar with this hadith, but it never occurred to me that there might be a similar passage in the Gospel, Wow man
I found a Hadith that copies a verse from Paul and attributes it to Muhammad. It's in sahih bukhari. It says that no eye has seen, no ear has heard and no heart has known what God has prepared for those who love him.
So Mohammed plagiarised it because he thought it would suit his own purposes. But in fact what he ended up doing was putting Jesus' words in Allah's mouth. Sam wanted the Islamic apologist to explain why? The apologist couldn't answer.

In debates, when Muslims see their position is indefensible, they retreat to their seemingly comfortable argument "but the Bible has been corrupted".
For one, Muslims are the ones trying to selectively quote the Bible to prove Jesus is not God. Moment the verses of the Bible in their context clearly show that Jesus claimed he is God they would claim that the Bible has been corrupted. The hypocrisy and inconsistency of Muslim debators is astounding.
Second, Allah asks Jews and Christians to stand by their books. Moreover, Allah claims his words cannot be distorted. Therefore, by their claims that Christians corrupted the Bible, Muslims are only contradicting Allah. Third, if the Bible is corrupted where are the original verses by which Muslims know there is a corruption of the verses? No muslim can show us that!!!

As a muslim guy living in a muslim majority country, i can tell from my experience that in my country, people do not see Christianity as christians like you or Sam portray it. Since childhood, we just get the teaching that christians deny our last prophet and don't want to go into details in Quran because if they did so they would convert.
But as i grew up i've put the seeking of truth on a pedestal and dwelled in the videos of muslim, christian apologetics, i am seeing another deeper side to christianity that i did not learn about in my earlier days.
And with a newfound sense of humility, I observe these religions (Christianity and Islam) with heightened discernment.
Unfortunetly some people have not enough humility to adress debates from an unbiased views(not in this vid but in many others with other debaters), wether the debaters are muslim or christians which may lead to more hate.
