AC great and thorough review again. Little late to the party on this one but need to try. Sounds like an absolute gem and love the hearkening back to the French perfumery of yesteryear with a modern twist
Endymion is not bad as an edc, I'm getting 6+ hrs on skin and 2 days on test card. I was skipping it for the first time I tried it , appreciated a bit more the second time, fell in love with it the third time, 'smells like a prince' too, in a different way. But Bvlgari private line is even better, noble, though too expensive. :)
@@zephyrt.4464 you got me intrigued by both those two suggestions. I will try and get a decant or a partial if I can. The Bvlgari one is eye wateringly expensive as you say :).
I am not familiar with this house at all. Time to do some research on fragrantica! I am so pleased i found your channel, I don't know why it took me so long! Thank you for your passion on this hobby I love!
The passion for fragrances is what unites us mate and I am glad you discovered my channel. I always enjoy reading your enthusiastic comments. This house is superb! I would recommend 1740 ( big ! leather), 1725, 1823 ( eucalyptus), rare Fidelis ( brilliant Oud) and Prolixie. You will be bowled over I promise :).
Does this really perform ? In terms of longevity and sillage ?? I really buy perfumes on ur recommendations as I trust ur nose and hope it’s not paid reviews. I love ur Chanel and ur opinions and ur expressions too.
I was waiting for this review, AC :-). A superb one, as usual. Classic barber-shop fragrances - well made - are amongst the best fragrances one can wear.
Hello sir, For my wedding in august in India ( day wedding) what should i be wearing between perfumes de marly galloway and 1725. Your recommendation will be the last word on it for me. Thanks.
hii.. i need u guys in here ur recommendation.. 1. hdp 1725 2. chanel platinum egoiste which one of those 2 that i should buy? i have acqia di parma esenza and i love it.. thx!
hi AC, hope you are doing well. I am so glad to see your channel is developing, as you very well deserve nothing less but certainly way more. I have put it before, again, you are not introducing fragrances but you are studying and putting the analysis, results, you are giving out a report from what you get of a particular fragrance. This is i really do appreciate. Bravo. Another point i would like to make that gets my symphaty for your channel, it is, you are very natural the way how you show, the way how you present. Very well done. Your videos never bother me or bore me watching, but pleasure it is stopping by and watching. Please allow me introduce a new fragrance, something almost new in fragrance world. Issey miyake ambre noire. Please sample it and see if you like :) Have a good one AC, keep up your amazing videos coming. Thanks.
Paul, how amazing, I was only checking this fragrance on Notino just a couple of days ago, what an amazing coincidence. i will definitely get it and review it. Thank you for explaining what you appreciate in my style of review my friend, felt good to read. i will keep those things. its so nice to have your support and words of encouragement my friend. By the way, where are you based?
Enjoyed, this review and I am really looking forward to my first HdP bottle, hopefully soon. I am in perpetual hot weather here in Honolulu, so this one is a definite candidate. I really enjoy powdery scents, such as Chanel Pour Monsiuer and Burberry Brit, two signatures in my past, pre fraghead life. Even tho I have worn fragrance since high school (Old Spice, lol), I am a novice compared to you AC...my journey began in Feb of ‘16 when I needed a replacement for my Chanel Allure Sport, and I brought home a 1.7 oz Allure Eau Extreme. I decided to look it up on utoob, my favorite info source, and that led me to you know who, and you know what video!! Exciting ! I’ll be an immature 53 next month..Very impressed that you’ve been in the game for most of this century;)) Well done! Anyway, congrats again, and I’ll talk to you later! Aloha, Bob or Robert.
Bob, I am sure you are a seasoned connoisseur , I am glad that you found my channel. I will subscribe to your shortly :). Honolulu seems like a great location to live in my friend. I have never been to Hawai mate but would love to :). I am looking forward to interacting with you a lot in future.
I remember when I clicked on ur vid for the first time..it was from your office, the audio was low..might have been Viking first impressions, during all the hype.. Do come to the Islands, as I am sure we would enjoy great talks. One of my best friends is from London (now moved out to Geurnsey, sorry for spelling), she comes to visit twice a year, formerly running Gold Jobs.com, her name is Rosalyn.i shower her with fragrances!..I would love to visit her one day and see all the posh shops for perfumes, lol !!
Nice, Guernsey is very nice. I should think that you will have a great time here. I will definitely be there in Hawai, do not know when though :). If you saw the Viking video, then it must have been from my home office. I actually learned a few lessons the hard way. For instance, I had a fantastic camera but I kept recording my initial videos using my webcam, which was awful, plus I used to have my PC on which added to the lower levels of audio clarity. You just learn as you go along I think.
Blind bought 1725 and it will arrive tomorrow. I try to have two from a house in my collection and this is my first from HDP. What would you suggest for #2? Anyone? Thanks!
Wow, Charles you are brave :). I would say sample 1740 ( leather & dry fruits), Rare Fidelis ( cofee, Oud , Boozy notes) or 114 Ambraeum ( Amber, Soft)
I seriously love AC's elegant take on fragrances. So well explained and so precise dissection of a perfume. 😊
Thank you Saurabh, glad to hear that.
Just ordered this!! So looking forward to smell this! Thank you for your excellent review mate.
AC great and thorough review again. Little late to the party on this one but need to try. Sounds like an absolute gem and love the hearkening back to the French perfumery of yesteryear with a modern twist
There is no doubt that it makes you smell like a prince. That lady was absolutely right. Very nice review sir.
Thank you Rohit! Please try and sample this it is simple brilliant.
Smells Good sure I'll sample it.
I really Enjoyed your your Videos everytime, thank you so much
Thank you Beny, I am glad you do :).
Hi AC, great video and I love 1725 too. Speaking of the elegance of 1725, you will probably love Penhaligon Endymion edc and Bvlgari Gyan as well.
Thank you my friend. I am definitely interested in trying Gyan... thanks for the tip :). Is the performance on Endymion any good?
