If you wanna read the Bible, I’d recommend starting with the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Just cause it goes over a period when Jesus was alive. I haven’t touched the entire book cause it’s a bit intimidating but I started reading those Gospels first and it definitely helped me.
This is true. However I did have a partial torn pec and Lat and a fractured vertebrae which made it hard to do any upper body . That’s definitely didn’t help. But u are right being in shape is without a doubt a 24/7 sport .
