He is correct...that is thr flyover....the meaning of the flyover is the bridge that overpasses other infrastructures..this flyover overpasses railway lane and other local road..

Not sure but the one who constructed TAZARA or mfugale flyover is Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd..
The constructor of this bridge, chang'ombe and Uhasibu is the same
@@explorewithbertin no the contractor is not the same... Those who constructs uhasibu and changombe is the one who constructs BRT ROADS AND ARE FROM CHINA.. BUT THIS IS FROM JAPAN

These two bridges of Mfugale flyover and that one being constructed at the edge of Kilwa road shared two different contractors from Japan
While Uhasibu / Mandela road flyover and that of Veta / Chang'ombe road bridge are under Chinese company
