THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!! BUT THE CREATOR IS REAL. SO I'LL CONTINUE TO THRIVE 👍✊☝
Recruiters are crooks. In the early 90's I had a recruiter run off with my birth certificate and social security card along with my HS Diploma. I was interested in joining and he told me to bring all those documents to him. He started paperwork took me to the MEPS station to take the ASVAB. The whole time he held onto my documents. One day another recruiter called me and said they were following up with me since the original recruiter left the service. I then asked about my documents and they all told me they cold not find them anywhere and there was no reason for the recruiter to even have them to begin with. Well come to find out Mine wasnt the only persons docs to come up missing. They tracked the recruiter down and he stated that the files had all been stolen from a file box in his car. But he never made a police report about the "theft".
We have this problem because millions of American-born super conservative Christian patriots never, never, never, never will serve their country or have even considered it! So recruiters shanghai these young men who are more than grateful to come to our great country and show it by their enlistments. My father and uncle fought in World War II, my brother and I are both veterans, absolutely disgusted at the hypocrisy of America. The Army, Air Force, the Secretaries of those branches, the Pentagon, the American Legion, VFW, and the Joint Chiefs should be ashamed of themselves. His last commanding officer should be kicked out of the military for letting this happen to him!
I'm glad to hear this got sorted out, but it still sucks this vet had to deal with the situation of a fraudulent recruitment not his doing. He served honorably and deserves everything he rates.
I was in the Air Force and there was a Hispanic dude, bless his heart, he knew NO ENGLISH, we were in Korea, and somehow, we got along very well. My sponsor swore he dealt with me but I was his relief. I think about him every time a story like this come up.
Honestly without compromise, it's a big slap on Uncle Ben and an insult to a soldier who fought and served them for years with blood, sand and sweat, America is losing its respect, I am just ashamed, it's one of the highest height of racism and wickedness
Man recruiters gotta still be doing this. I was in marine bootcamp in 2011 with an Asian dude who can barely speak English and was from like Vietnam or something like that.

Memorial Day is NOT about sales! It’s disgusting to me that business owners “celebrate” these somber days with marketing and sales.

He told them I dont want to live on pain meds and become an addict. Luckily that never happened as he suffered pain over pills most days. Wounded warrior program has not helped one time with anything. Now nearing 40 of course he is not on my plan, but the red tape and loopholes are never ending.

I joined the Army in 2015, while in reception the Drill Sgt asked " raise your hand if you're not a US citizen ". About 6 of us rose our hand and they took us to start our citizenship packets. 3 weekz later we all had appointments to take our citizenship test. 1 soldier failed the verbal test, you have to read out loud and english sentence, so they told him he'd have to re test in 5 months. About 3 months later I had my citizenship ceremony. There is a process in place and it works. Some fail the test and don't follow up, their residency expires and they're deported, some never even began the process because maybe it was different when they joined and no one told them, but from my experience it works.
I can certainly understand why his enlistment was fraudulent on his recruiters part, and why he was discharged. However, because he did receive an honorable discharge, he should have still been able to be a permanent resident and entitled to VA benefits.
I have heard the same story before. Here is one thing every immigrant needs to know. If you Illegally entered the US or stayed in the US as a tourists and overstayed your visa, you are considered as an illegal immigrant. There are some individuals who enter the military thinking that they will be automatically granted Visa after your service. The government will eventually find out about your status and will do what is written in the law.
The guy was unlawfully enrolled It's the military job to vet people that enter At some point he was then under obligation to serve in the American military due to his enlistment And also forced to leave the us due to visa expiration Alright great the military can recognise its mistake and discharge him and compensate him for the wasted time Nevermind let's just lock him up for one year and deport him
The problem here was the military should have had adequate systems to detect false recruiting hence they are liable , they are in fact complicit are you in first grade?
Detention center?! WTF is that?! Of the few things that should be absolute, if you serve honorably you should be honored. What kind of asshat thinks it’s ok to treat these folks like this?
As a Student Visa he joined the Armed Forces? Can a foreigner go to Kenya and join the Kenyan Army? This makes no kind of sense. If you are admitted to the U.S. as a student, how would you seriously enlist in the Service?
Army veteran here...there is more to the story and his enlistment...they showed an "honorable" discharged with the rank of "pfc"...if you just show up on time and are a decent soldier then you will get time in grade rank to specialist...that could be from his basic training discharge into the reserves...if so then he probably had education that allowed him to achieve 'pfc" during basic...also at 1:50 he is shown in a photo with a (from left to right) captain, pfc, decorated airman and then himself without any rank and an id card clipped to his chest...also the name tape and affiliation tape is jacked up...we need to see his enlistment record and what his last discharge was...that would make things more clearer...im not being mean or anything...if he is legit without any misconduct or whatever then he deserves citizenship for serving his country like the rest of us veterans.
My guy went to pursue his education, the Corporations convinced him to go abroad and kill people instead, afterwards he was discarded cold. Sorry buddy. I hope those Corps get some compassion.

@@FOH45 Negative. You are talking about the JAG and the Court Martial. That applies for military violations, and war crimes. For Civil liabilities, that is different, they will be charged under civilian court. Live in a place surrounded by military bases, and go around county courts, you will see a lot of servicemen on active duty who are required to appear in civilian court. Join the military, you will meet a lot of them. For this case on the video, which I suggest file a lawsuit agains the Army Chief or Chief of Staff for the subjects’ wrongful removal from the country… I believe this will be handle by the Federal Court since this involves immigration law that handled by a civilian agency USCIS, and whoever is the chief of staff during that time, is now retired.

Recruiters claiming service will grant you citizenship are a big problem.. Soldiers are required to fill out a series of forms just like anyone else applying for citizenship... The problem is these soldiers never seem to be told they have to do the paperwork or how to even get the papers filed. How hard is it for these soldiers to be provided the paperwork and introduction to the process in basic training? It's not like the government doesn't know their immigration status.
They need to be sued. Sounds like a million dollar case.
Cannon Fodder.
The recruiting arm needs overhaul. Once they meet their numbers, nobody checks or follows through to make sure the immigrants brought it are properly taken care of
They granted citizenship to me and a hundred other recruits with ease. America is truly doing its best, and I’m living proof of that.
That's disgusting ' You have natural born American citizens who hate out Military they would never serve
Yet you have honorable Service Men and Women like this Man who are treated like the enemy
I wish him well
You described me so well! Things are troops have done to civilians abroad are despicable. America didn't see him as a human or a veteran. He was an African and THAT is why I would never fight for this country. My tax dollars are enough. You do you.
Thank you for bringing awareness to this corrupt issue. 23 years of service and I wasn't aware of this issue 😢. This system is full of criminals
I AM A VETERAN OF THE United States ARMY AND WAS DEPORTED/ WRONGFULLY REMOVED SINCE 2OO4, LEAVING BEHIND MILITARY SIBLINGS, CHILDREN AND FAMILY STRUGGLING TO THIS DAY NEVER RECEIVING ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED. THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!! BUT THE CREATOR IS REAL. SO I'LL CONTINUE TO THRIVE 👍✊☝
What was that statement, "Despite what he went thru, he is still a proud American".
He crazy lol.
Hope that didn't affect you in being threatened with deportation later on
Did you eventually join and serve ?
@@1anre no I did not. I was being dumb later that summer and crashed a dirt bike and hurt my knee to bad.
This is a disgrace
Thank you for your service and all you service members
I wonder how many other people experienced this and we never hear about it.
Absolutely disgusting this is what happens when unchecked bureaucracy runs a mock.
I haven't seen any stories about it happening to white Europeans?
It's the exact same bureaucracy that let him & tens of millions of other illegal immigrants into the country in the first place.
YES! Perfect answer!
Heartless.
Just heartless
This is the highest injustices
Fix this problem now
Honestly without compromise, it's a big slap on Uncle Ben and an insult to a soldier who fought and served them for years with blood, sand and sweat, America is losing its respect, I am just ashamed, it's one of the highest height of racism and wickedness
Indeed beshaming
Man recruiters gotta still be doing this. I was in marine bootcamp in 2011 with an Asian dude who can barely speak English and was from like Vietnam or something like that.
Why is this a surprise to ANYONE!?
I'm going through the same thing I've been waiting for 3 years from the miami office
It's racist actions....
After serving the county, to be deported!!!!
What discrimination more than that..
Shame on this people.
You lost when you brought the word “racist” into the conversation
It happens so much we have a dept of deported veterans
The US should not be doin that. The Chinese and Russians are happy to accommodate them...
Stop supporting IDF and use that money for the vets. they fought and died for this country, they deserve respect and care
I was discharged under medical conditions TWENTY SOME YEARS AGO and I can’t get my VA benefits sorted out. I feel like what’s happened to me is a disservice to be sure, but that’s how the United States government do! They don’t give a shit about us after we’re discharged. Loads of people and businesses say they care about the troops and veterans, but how does that work? Oh I get another $5.00 off when I buy a mattress to celebrate Memorial Day? Memorial Day is NOT about sales! It’s disgusting to me that business owners “celebrate” these somber days with marketing and sales.
Please contact your congressman. They will help you with this issue, if you are entitled to benefits.
Filing a claim for service-connected disability through the help of DAV is free without time limit.
Congratulations my brother. I am sorry what happened to you.
So we welcome illegal immigrants yet we couldn't even bother to help the ones who served our country?
Something really backwards and wrong with the ethics and morals department, for sure! WTH?!
They don’t keep up with this but they surely keep up with you living off the grid and being self dependent.
Thats terrible
This is a horrific situation.
Happy for him 😊
But USA and those involved could avoid these problems by simply doing what nearly every country in the world requires
If you want to join their military
Requirement #1
You must be a citizen of the country
Ive even seen where a country requires both parents to be a citizen to join police military etc
Thats not true. You can come on a visa, join the military and get your citizenship that way

what country are you referring to ?
Usa ?
If so
I never said you couldn't join with a resident visa !

Veteran deported and Venezuelans welcome what a joke, the American dream smdh
as a vet myself I am appalled to hear this.
Ok i get this was done via fraud, not like he would be aware of the deceit. He served period!!!! He deserves same VA benefits as the rest that served. They need to own up and give him whats rightfully allowed. I come from a long line of thise who served. Son came home from Iraq as a wounded warrior and still fighting with VA for medical care. Luckily my health insurance allowed him to be on my plan til 26, so we were able to get his prosthetic leg, his neuro stimulator and surgery covered by them, all they would do is keep giving him pain pills and spinal injections. He told them I dont want to live on pain meds and become an addict. Luckily that never happened as he suffered pain over pills most days. Wounded warrior program has not helped one time with anything. Now nearing 40 of course he is not on my plan, but the red tape and loopholes are never ending.
Wounded warrior is a scam that sells T-shirts and wants donations. They said they would send me on a retreat if I donate. 😂
I’m in the military. & little do you know that Many immigrants who join the military join as reservist & are not patriotic. They only join just for U.S citizenship. Something should be done about how they take advantage of the system
@@GoonyMclinuxYes. The wounded warriors is a scam.
That crazy
He served this country and should remain here
I have heard the same story before.
You sound so ignorant. Does his issue even come close to what you are saying? You are giving an advise under a wrong post.
The guy was unlawfully enrolled
It's the military job to vet people that enter
At some point he was then under obligation to serve in the American military due to his enlistment
And also forced to leave the us due to visa expiration
Alright great the military can recognise its mistake and discharge him and compensate him for the wasted time
Nevermind let's just lock him up for one year and deport him
Having humanity matters. You are factually correct but if he has completed an extensive background check and served. they should be given citizenship
So his enlistment was erroneous, what's the problem here? The problem was the recruiter.
The problem here was the military should have had adequate systems to detect false recruiting hence they are liable , they are in fact complicit are you in first grade?
@@farayimatibiri1724 That's not how it works. Are you unable to comprehend military regulation and policy? I think so.
Unacceptable treatment of this man.
The same rules for everyone , and go through the process like everyone else ❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
It was a mistake for him to be enlisted in the first place but fix the problem moving ahead not backwards.
So sad... This is the only country that does not care about their veterans... What a shame....
Detention center?! WTF is that?! Of the few things that should be absolute, if you serve honorably you should be honored. What kind of asshat thinks it’s ok to treat these folks like this?
How many times will they tell you America is not for you!?
Very hard to imagine this! Glad it did not break your heart badly
They said in the story that he was stripped of his classifications and benefits. I assumed that meant rank and file.
Thank you. People shouldn’t just believe what they hear on RUclips.
If anyone is honorably discharged from the military after their term of service, they are an American citizen, no if's and's or but's.
