- Today I cooked a 1 kilogram Pork Roll in our new Air Fryer. It is so simple to do. Watch the entire video for all the steps I took. Most importantly always check on your cooking to see how it is going. Some smaller cuts take less time and larger cuts can take longer. For this Pork Roll ( Porchetta ) I set the Oven at 200c for 25 mins, then again for a further 45 minutes at 165c. After cooking the Pork was wrapped in aluminium foil and allowed to rest for a further 15-20 minutes. It came out Perfectly for our taste. All I added was some Olive oil, salt and pepper. The roll was Pre marinated with Fennel and Orange. I hope you enjoy this cooking video. Try one for yourselves if you have a spit roaster Air Fryer Oven. It's very simple. Good Luck.

Bought my first air fryer a couple of months ago. It is exactly the same as yours. It came with a vey basic set of instructions. So I am really enjoying your videos on how to cook with it.😊
Good luck with yours. Mine is pretty good apart from the Panel as most lights have blown and I have had to use a white marker Pen to mark each one. Still works tho. :)
Πολύ νόστιμο και τραγανό φαίνεται! καλή όρεξη.
Γεια σου Στέλιο, ναι ήταν πολύ τραγανό και νόστιμο. Ο φούρνος είναι υπέροχος.
wow the air fryer is useful now for our pork,,cool fryer love to use these
Thanks. Yes we love the oven is it very good. :)
Thanks for sharing another yummy offering with us, I would be so happy just having this full joint for my meal 🤭😜😋 we have only done a Chicken in ours, But I will be showing June this to see if we can do one 😳🤔😆 Stay safe & have a lovely weekend ❤️🤩xx
Haven't tried a chicken yet in our Oven. It will have to be one on the smaller size as a large one will not be able to turn. You should try Pork roll in yours too. The Oven does all the work. Cooks slow and was really tender. Thanks for watching :)
Turned out delicious! Put parboiled potatoes underneath for the reduced temperature and they turned out the best I’d ever done!
That's a very good tip, thanks will try it :)
..wow its delicious my friend , thanks for sharing

I've just had my Hysapientia air fryer oven delivered and my god am I going to have some fun with the spit roast rotisserie thing. Was your skewer ok with a 1 kilo joint on there mate?
Yes I have cooked even larger than 1kg… seemed to work fine 👍👍😀
Looking Awesome Delious 👋💯
Thank you 😋. Yes it was :)
Looks gorgeous fella, I do love pork 😋😋 question, can’t you actually touch the meat symbol rather than scrolling through the menu? That would be a nice shortcut 👍🏻👍🏻
Thats a bloody Good Question about touching the meat symbol instead of scrolling the MENU. I really never tried. I will Gove it a go and let you know. :)
I found that the inside top of the oven gets coated with the fat splashes from the meat and it is a pig to clean.
You’re not wrong it’s a pain to clean especially when it’s cold as fat solidifies on
The walls..
swine is fine
send me some of that I'm hungry now
You're a Poet and You didn't know it LOL.
