Very timely and excellent video - I’m ops 59 going to 60 in the next month and will be building an ent-d for sure. I also have the creds for the other 2 as well but keep flitting between whether to build the dderidex too…
I think as a follow up you may also want to think about how the Borg cube fits into this (and ship selection in general at different levels) as well for decision making, as a t12 cube may mean that you don’t need a 60 battleship - it’s why I can’t make my mind up about the dderidex…
I'm OP59, about 7 or 8 builds from 60. thanks for this video, very timely. I was leaning towards the Ent-D anyway, but the ship ability clinches it. Now, if i can just dig up another 20-30k rare G5 gas from the couch cushions.....
I was needing about 30k a month or two ago so I know the pain well!
This is some very good info for the players. Couple of things to remember though...
The below deck officers that cause status effects (Torres=Hull Breech, Nelix=Burning and Kim=Morale) Do not I repeat DO NOT work for PVP. So you will still need to rely on the captains chair or officers slot for Burning, HB and Morale for those ship abilities to work.
PVE you can make some seriously awesome builds for just about anything along with the new Nova Station research you can really blow through armadas.
I already have the BPs for the Rotarrian and will have enough for the D'deridex when I hit 60 in 3 more levels. Curious to know which is YOUR number 1, not what others think. For me its the D'deridex for the burning and ship ability.
Thanks for the comment! I admit I am a sucker for the enterprise because I grew up watching TNG. I also love interceptors because of their impulse speed. I have also loved critical builds so interceptors that rely on hull breach are always a go to for me. Will be fun to see how well the enterprise performs when I can build it next month.
on spocks club what i would love to see on the cost calculator the ability to enter how much mats you have and dunno if available to save your research also like you can enter in all your research and save it then you chose the next section of ship/buildings/research/others
You can go to the syncing page and it will bring in all your materials/resources/research/etc. I use it all the time to plan my next builds for ops or ships or whatever.

Saw some discussion about g6 and want to add you should have a t7 g5 epic before going to 61.
If you enjoy the game don't play g6 content at all, you will quit.
Just made 59, up from 57. Looking to hit 60 by xmas. Been getting Ent D bps for a while and I'm at 450/650. I'm a fed only player so the credit squeeze is hard. At this rate, I will also get the cloak before I hit 60 and get the D.
You can use Lat for the credit conversion as well
I’m going for the Klingon ship, a) because I have the credits and 2😊) because I’m Klingon till I die…scopley has ruined the interceptor bonus now though as most spenders have the reaserch that means I never score a critical, on a side note is anyone else hating the way you now have to cross reference with the alliance tasks? And why no spend milestone again this week? Game is definitely now elitist, sorry just worked out the alliance tasks, don’t be shy, use them re rolls☺️
The jelly loop only gets you 5* common. Best way for 5* parts is to be hammering that voyager refinery daily
Scrapping a jelly gives 5 star common is true but the whole jelly loop includes taking stuff from the scrapping of a jelly and investing it in a korinar or ent an and scrapping that for 5 star stuff.
I find the feesha refinery better for rares. I use the voyager refinery to keep my feesha refinery mats stocked up
Just a reminder: Save latinum. (You can use it for the BPs...and you WILL need it for speeding things up)
I am currently sitting at 64. The only G5 epic I have ship is the Deridex. My Deridex is tier 9 of 12. personally don't do a lot of PVP... more of a casual player who's only goal is to advance and help out the alliance. This ship is great for my goals. I tend to focus more on my next ship (Velox) then the ship I have.
PS: 10 Velox BPS = 8 million lat.. with zero Romulan credits... basically saying don't let the Faction credits hold you back...lol.
im no where near g5 closer to g4 im ops38 and planning out my path from ops38 to the big ops40 and i have decided to hold off on my enti and work on voyager and research and buildings tho buildings need research and vise versa but my efficiency research is my priority always has been then ship power research
for the EntD, The damage increase per round is negligible. Its a great ship from the firing pattern

Correct. Those were the costs to max the ships just to give people an idea of total costs.
How are you getting enough iss jelly bps to scrape several of them it took me months just to get enough for one
That is a great question. I have been playing a long time and just got them over time. I never won a slb for one. Initially I struggled too. I would try to pull the g3 epic chest in the alliance store as often as possible. There are also bps in some territories if you happen to be in an alliance that has that.
Loot crew or damage crew for the armada?
Hey bud! This video is about choosing a g5 epic ship. What armada are you talking about? If chimeras then I would go with damage crew first to make sure you can beat it in 10 rounds. Most of the loot comes from the box you get from beating them.
Does a maxed valdore give any rare parts?
Yes it gives 9,268 rare explorer parts.
@@GrandAdmiralHunter You recommended scrapping korinars and ents, should I not bother with maxing my valdores?
I was building and scrapping lots of t9 valdores before I got my first jelly finished recently, and have several I could max
@HeyHeyHarmonicaLuke it looks like you get about 2x the amount of rare mats and parts when you scrap a korinar. It costs me about 26k rare parts to max a valdore and 42k to max a korinar. So it is much more efficient to scrap a maxed korinar. Hopefully you have your parts and mat’s efficiency primes leveled to at least 7 or you might be losing more than you are getting out of it. I just synced my data. I assume that’s what you are talking about? Without that feature it is a long process to manually add everything.

None, the best thing you can do is walk away and ban scopely from your life. The ENT D is the top of the garbage heap. But the game is nothing but garbage now
im 39 ive done the epic to go 40 but got my enterprise t8 and needing 6.1k gas to go t9 havent got disco t9 yet only t7 taking ages but after next bp i should have enterprise t9 and enough for the treasure so i will go 40 before the end of the bp in hopes the treasure helps as i have enough rss and already 2mil lat without the treasure to speed thru to 42 easy maybe 44 to 46 just do i go that hard feds are still 70mil rep atm pretty much just doing feds atm will catch up with roms under 10min atm lol crews tho im missing a fair few atm like hugh seams to be a big thing below decks the doctor also and tucker lol some of the main meta crews but its been to easy to lvl and slow to get the officers :(
I would suggest getting the disco when you have the chance. You can get a lot of weekly 1 day speedups when you go 40. Thanks for the comment!
