hi everyone ,if anyone else wants to uncover rosacea home treatment try Skyarza Treat Rosacea Star (just google it ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend got amazing results with it.
Great Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Taparton Silent Noise Takeover (do a search on google)? It is a smashing exclusive product for eradicating your telangiectasia (rosacea) minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend Sam at very last got great success with it.
Great video! I think my rosacea (type 2) is due to hormones. I constantly just get hormonal acne and then flare ups. I used Soolantra before which is good but now I am trying mandelic acid serum, Himalayan crystal soap bar and ozonated olive oil and shea butter. It seems to help and I also notice that when I’m less stressed my skin heals. Another thing is that if I go on a holiday where I swim in the ocean a lot, my skin also heals. So that is why I use the himalayan crystal soap bar. Just have to be careful not to run my skin at all but to pat the salt in and then rinse in the shower. Otherwise it will irritate me. I am kind of hoping my rosacea will get into an inactive stage at some point as it gets really annoying that my skin no longer is smooth and glowy as it was before. Oh well fingers crossed and good luck my fellow rosacea patients.❤️
Have both types of rosacea which had been getting steadily worse over 15 years. Tried all sorts of prescription topical treatments and none worked. Rosacea always cleared up on antibiotics, but I don't want to be antibiotics long term. Tried multiple elimination diets and it was none of the usual/suspected causes. Finally figured out (for me) the cause of chronic inflammation was seed oils and processed food. Cut out all seed oils, dressings, mayo and take daily Omega 3 fish oil. In less than 4 months rosacea is 95% gone and none of those other "triggers" bother me. I always knew the inflammation was coming from inside and have been eating clean low carb (no added sugar!!!) and high natural protein/fat and have lost 30 pounds as well. Be well 😊
Thank you. My skin is stinging so bad right now. I bought some calming cream. It's getting hot now. I cannot stand the heat, because I know my skin will suffer. My skin is mostly clear in the winter. Thank you for your advice.
You are most welcome. Best of luck. Cool water compresses or spritzing the skin with cool water have been found comforting by many of my patients with facial stinging due to rosacea.
Hi, I had trouble finding any skinproducts I could use at all, even the ones made for rosacea. I now keep a bag of peas in the freezer for flareups. I press it on my face, just a few seconds, sometimes twice, when the burning and stinging starts. Then spray every 15 mins with thermal water until I feel better. I am still a bit red, but nothing compared to earlier. Worth the try ;)
@@user-lt3yb4fm6q try Nimue pre&post serum and Element Barrier. Apply it a few times a day for a few weeks to start rebuilding your epidermal barrier. Really works!
I use Neutrogena (hand cream) on my face but I dont rub it in I just apply it directly to the area of redness...it always works for me...after I shave especially. Oh and it goes away after a while and doesn't come back for quite a while. Nerves seem to make it inflammatory also.
This is the best video on rosacea I have seen. Thank you! The best thing I did to help treat my rosacea was dump my mentally abusive ex. Next step is keeping up the right diet and skin care routine! Will definitely look in to the green tea suggestion!
I don't know how to appropriately thank Dr. Bailey... Pure, logical and clean information. I experienced many of these 'triggers - how to avoid - what is beneficial' info through my rosacea journey too. This is a very valuable video.
I developed rosacea during an extremely stressful time that coincided with a course of antibiotics. My theory, the combination of that allowed the inflammation to take hold and for rosacea to present on my skin. Since then, I have healed my endocrine system from the long term effects of stress. I am not overweight; I eat a mostly organic balanced and vegetable-laden diet and I do not drink alcohol nor eat sugar; I am fit; and I take anti inflammatory type supplements, such as fish oil, evening primrose oil and probiotics. But still, I have erythematotelangiectatic (That word is a mouthful!) mosty on my cheeks that can come and go in severity throughout the day. I have not been able to reduce the severity with any foods and I use all the right skincare products for it. I'm at a loss as to how to get rid of it!
Hello MM, I am sorry to hear that it has been such a frustration and mystery. There has been theories about H pylori and intestinal microbo imbalances. It is an interesting coincidence for your onset. I hope my video gave you some ideas to consider. Thanks for watching.
My dermotologist put me on Bactrum for life ,I take it every day , its the only thing helped, I developed Rosacia 5 y ago during stressful time, had flashes first, redness face, espesially right after I ate, nothing would help. Also using Raid A facial cream.
After a very stressful fall, and hyper-busy Christmas, the skin at the hairline turned bright red, and irritated, also up into my scalp at the front hairline, rough scaly scalp with and horrible dandruff. The red roughness didn't stop there, and soon was all the way round my eyes. I have purchased several products both in our local health food store, and online, only the colloquial oatmeal soap, cortisone cream, has helped. Thank you for explaining so thoroughly what is probably going on with my condition. This came on so suddenly, and after getting no help from my dermatologist, I feel you have really helped me to understand things I need to do.
Louise thank you for sharing that with me. My goal is to put info on RUclips that is like a chat with a doctor. Of course I can't make diagnosis or recommend specific rx for anyone but at least the info may help folks learn about the possibilities. Thanks for letting me know that it may have helped you. Happy holidays!
I have this and nothing will make me stop eating spicy food, one of the few pleasures in my life. Lol I’m a red faced girl with a passion for spicy food and I’m fine with that!
I started taking antibiotics "oracesa & soolantra" about 3 weeks ago due to a flare up i got about 2 months ago. I hope I don't need to stay on the oral antibiotics for more than a month. The side effect am experiencing is headaches (not too happy about it). This video has been so full of information, details and everything there's to know about this skin condition. Thank you so so much doctor for sharing such wealth of information ❤. Merry Christmas and may God keep you and your loved ones in good health.
As a black woman with Rosacea I feel like a unicorn! Lol Thank you for acknowledging that this condition is present in all skin tones. I no longer feel alone! My question is as a 47 yo I am seeing that foaming cleansers aren’t my friend but I am seeing improvement with 2 bar soaps. One with zinc and another with sulfur. What are your thoughts on using these long term as I age? I also have some spots of seborrea that is why I use both. One in the morning and the other at night.
I have patients use the zinc long term. Of course it depends on one's particular physiology. One can always get allergic to things over time. I like the unicorn analogy ;-) yes, our bodies are adventures that's for sure.
If you blush or flush a lot, you grow more red blood cells within the cheeks. In return are more pathways to vessels and capillaries. That is how rosacea occurs. It's like when you workout, blood travels to the area and will grow more red blood cells.
Josh you are so right that flushing leads to flushing and more rosacea and more vessles and more and more and more of the unbelievably complex immune misadventure in rosacea prone skin. Just how it all works is still a great mystery. Check out this article to see just how deep the complex cascades of misadventure go with this common skin problem - it blows the mind! www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6281021/
Wow, rosacea is indeed fascinating. Keep me posted. I'm always interested in the etiology for this skin problems that's vexed dermatology for my entire career.

@@MsJilsephonie In my practice I like intense pulsed light treatment for rosacea telangiectasias. Of course that depends on skin pigment type. Cooling and calming skin care is foundational for my patients too as I describe in this video.
my skin is so awful, I have it all, the bumps, dryness, redness, I'm trying with the diet. I'm past menopause and now have to suffer with this....it makes me sad....but I did find your video helpful and you don;t look like you have bad skin
Hang in there Jessica, skin changes and can help it get better. I can make mine really bad if I'm not on it with great care. I've worked hard on it over the years and am grateful to have had knowledge, lasers and my personal tenacity. I trashed it as a teen and young adult and I should be a mess - along with genetics for melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, rosacea, seb derm and psoriasis! I'm passionate about skin care and what we can do with it. Hang in there and keep learning.
Dr. Bailey Skin Care Hi Dr.Bailey. Where is your practice located? I live in CA and I'm wondering if your close enough for me to try and set an appointment. My rosacea has gotten worse and worse with every year and it feels so out of my control. Gels and creams do not work. I'm trying to change my diet. It's causing me such depression and worsening anxiety. I'd love to be able to have a doctor like you who is empathetic and knowledgable in rosacea to help me if possible..
I just found out I have rosacea, I just thought I had pesky acne scars/bumps . I started noticing my skin gets extremely irritated when its sunny which sucks because im in Texas :( Im so happy I can start learning more about easing the redness/texture

One of my challenges is finding a moisturizer that hydrates, helps to heal my moisture barrier while not triggering a flare up. Most moisturizers I've used cause hot flare-ups.
Moisturizers are products made from a blend of ingredients and one or more of the ingredients may be the culprit. Many contain ingredients that are taunting such as naicinamide, antiaging ingredients, propylene glycol and other potential irritants. Have you tried going with just one single ingredient at a time such as pure jojoba oil as a night oil. That would eliminate variables and could be an interesting test. It is often what I do when someone is struggling to find a good moisturizer. Most of my patient do well with my Daily Face Creams, but they are composed of many ingredients.
@@DrBaileySkinCare I find that occlusive creams which often include something like shea butter, or mineral oil trap the heat already present in my skin, and my skin reacts as though it has a severe sunburn. According to one of my derms, she advised not to apply oils because "when oil is placed on skin it dis-regulates the cells below. Cells needs to bind and absorb with water, not oil, in order to be hydrate.". Plus, she think that would not be ideal for me specifically because I have follicular plugging. When I have severe hot flare ups, the one and only thing I've found that my skin can handle is fresh aloe vera.
That is interesting! There are different types of moisturizers and many are oil free. Fresh aloe is also lovely and healing. We all have unique paths to giving our skin what it needs to stay well and it sounds like you are doing well figuring out yours.
Hi Dr. I have rosacea on my nose (pustlar) as I have tiny little spots (almost like a rash on my nose). It’s the bane of my life since I was 16. My nose throbs often and it’s affected my career and life in general. Confidence I guess. If I have a busy day - if I then go out in the evening my nose will be red and oily. Its a nightmare. It aches almost too and just looks sunburned. It’s oily (greasy looking too). I’ve been on a health kick last few months eating loads of veggies and staying away from sugars etc. I am feeling and looking way fitter but my rosacea is worse. Perhaps the veggies? Also - I’ve been tested and have SIBO. I’m positive rosacea comes via an imbalance in the stomach. The feeling of sunburn is the main issue. God how jealous I am when I see people touching their nose and it stays the same colour. Thanks from Sydney. 🙏🏼
Thanks for watching and sending your story. Rosacea is an inflammatory condition that is complex. Research is actively looking at gut/skin connection. I like that you are factoring that in. Hang in there.
i have been living with Rosacea for years now, nothing is working, i have gone into depression, i don't want to go out to any social events, because of my skin. one women came up & told me, that i may want to use less blush on my face..i just said "thank you",
Loved your video. I developed rosacea last summer after a month and a half long round of prednisone. It's been a really annoying reality to get used to but I am trying to do what I can. I've suffered from eczema since I was 10, so about 23 years. In my teens, during an excruciating outbreak, I learned from a holistic dr. that so much of what caused my eczema was diet. At that time, 23 years ago, not many medical professionals believed it was diet related. However, I cut out the foods he told me to, wheat/dairy/sugar, and slowly reintroduced them to see which I had an issue with. I found wheat and sugar to be an issue, but not dairy. Perhaps that is now different since I have rosacea. Anyway, I wanted to ask if you've heard of the Medical Medium books and the celery juice trend? I've been reading about so many people healing their bodies from the inside out and "curing" their skin conditions using those tools. So I've been thinking of giving it a try but was also very intrigued to learn more about your eBooks for rosacea and anti-inflammatory diets...however I couldn't find it via the link you provided. Where on your site are these ebooks? I appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge and research. Thank you again!
Hello Natasha, I have heard of the celery juice trend and think it is intriguing. I love juicing and love a cleanse approach to setting our physiology onto a more neutral setting relative to inflammation, and then seeing how it feels and behaves. We can learn a lot about how our lifestyle choices impact our health issues that way, in my opinion. The ebooks are under the 'Advice' section. Up on the gray navigation bar at the top of every page is 'Advice' over on the right. Hover over that and you see a drop down. Ebooks are there. They are also listed at the bottom of the Advice page. Funny the link did not work. I will have to explore that. It is the sign up to receive an ebook by email. Thanks for watching and good luck with your rosacea.
I'm not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out best treatments for rosacea try Mackorny Facial Miracle Blueprint (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got great results with it.
yes! i would love to know if a CBD oil or lotion can be used to calm the skin. i have flushing mainly on my nose and have had 5 v-beam treatments that i don't think have worked. thanks so much for the video-very helpful!
Thanks so much Dr. Bailey for such an informative 13 minutes. Your 30 plus years of experience was summed up clearly. I have been going through this and Seborrheic Dermatitis since 2015 and it has been on and off. I literally cannot go out in sun for a minute as I wear a beard and I cannot use a moisturizer or sunblock. Would really appreciate if you can suggest me a solution for my beard.
Wow! Fantastic help on this verrry bothersome condition Dr.Bailey! I too have sebboreac dermatitis- both of these suddenly appeared at age 65:(. This is the most depressing thing!! Can you suggest any cosmetics? Foundation? I’ve sworn off of it completely. Please help! Thank you for all that you do to help us!!
Hey there Dr Bailey, I have had rosacea for a long time now. I got IPL and it worked great! I assume I have the type of rosacea that is triggered by using certain types of skin care products unfortunately! Now I have taken notes from your video and will hunt for a better cleanser and moisturizer ! :) I am probably moving to Florida, from Canada so I guess I will have to get a good sun screen too with non irritating mineral zinc oxide broad spectrum! Thank you very much for the video
Thanks for watching, yes sunscreen is VERY important in a beautiful and sunny climate where life is often lived outdoors. Enjoy your new home and thanks for watching!
Hi i have seen a common things in my skin like when i stress out my skin turns red but not like when the type when you are blushing. Then after like a Hot shower when i go eat my skin turns really red. And if i like eat some foods i turn really red especially Hot foods. And when i exercise. I think i do have roscea becuse my skin is nothing like acne.
Thank you for the introduction. This is a very annoying skin condition which in my case keeps returning back! Metromidizone cream has really helped so far. I wonder why I have never experienced this skin condition till now in my 60s!
It is hard to specifically say. Generally, we do know our skin barrier weakens with age. Immune disregulation is more likely with age as well. Basically, things we are prone to and did not suffer in youth can become unmasked with age. Just some thoughts ;-) Thanks for finding my channel!
No idea if I have rosacea but I know I have sensitive skin and ended up messing up my skin barrier last winter. I have to keep humidifier on in winter or I get red blotchy skin and just flat dots that aren’t super noticeable but do seem like hyperpigmentation. One day perfectly clear skin next day blotchy then clear again. Contact dermatitis? Allergy pills help but I try not to take meds.
There seems to be a current consensus that retinol may be helpful, contrary to the mainstream idea of preventing further irritation. I'd like to kmow your opinion on that.
Thank you. You've taught me more about my skin condition than anybody or anything. It started June, 2015 and I have not been able to get it under control. I have the papulopustuler. It's so embarrassing that I won't go out in public. Now, at least, I have a few more things to try. Again, thank you for sharing your wisdom. ~ Margaret
Thank you so much for this video! It's among the only one on the topic that has made me feel less overwhelmed by my condition, as opposed to more. And thank you for mentioning seborrheic dermatitis, the first derm i ever saw told me that's what i had, but then another one told me i had Rosacea. I spent a good amount of time confused, wondering, if the first derm had confused my erythematotelangiectactic (oof, what a word) rosacea for SB, and not knowing on what front i should approach my skincare routine? But now that i know they go hand in hand sometimes, i feel better equipped to handle it all. I've ordered your anti-redness kit, hopefully it will help!!! I've yet to find a cleanser that doesn't make me feel tight and like my face is on fire, so im crossing my finger for your zinc bar.
I am crossing my fingers too. Your skin sounds really sensitive. Go easy with it. Try every other day and work up. I have complete skin care kits too. Read my seborrhea and rosacea info on my web site. It goes into detail about skin care drbaileyskincare.com/pages/find-the-right-skincare-product-for-your-condition Best of luck, it is a tricksy skin combo - I know from personal and professional experience! Actually frankly green colored makeup lightly used as a cover works well. I am hearing ivermectin is great. But expensive and so people are buying the one for horses it’s $3 . LOL. Ivermectin kills mites. But I am skeptical because no one knows why this occurs.
it does! opposite sides of color wheel. more info here drbaileyskincare.com/pages/shop-by-condition-rosacea For years I used permethrin cream off label before we had ivermectin - which is expensive! So sad the rx costs. thanks for watching
Thankyou for this very interesting video. I just found your channel.. Im happy about this .i was just diagnosed with a facial condition. He says it's harmonal or perioral dermititis it's been 2 weeks. He put me on minocycline and a topical cream. I go back in 3 weeks, I'm a little nervous about the antibiotics cause I always hear they are not good for you. Reallly trying to pay attention to triggers. I will continue to watch your channel and videos and hope to learn more. You are so knowledgeable. Can you suggest a cleanser and moisturizer? Last dermatologist suggested CeraVe ,,I'm not sure about that. Thankyou..I'm also 58 and never had a skin problem. He said this could take 6 months or longer to get better ,.if it really does get better?

I loved this video! I have a little trouble with skin sensitivity, and I'm not sure if it's the first type of Rosacea, or just environmental sensitivity. But in any case, this video was super informative, and I'll start incorporating your advice in my daily life. Also, I wanted to ask what type of chemical exfoliant would you recommend? Thanks so much Dr. Bailey!
chemical exfoliation is tricky with rosacea. I typically use physical exfoliation in skin conditions characterized by perturbed skin barrier integrity. But with rosacea the mechanical friction of physical exfoliation can be taunting - so.......it's tricky. I've just updated my rosacea info on my site. Here are some links drbaileyskincare.com/pages/rosacea-treatment drbaileyskincare.com/pages/shop-by-condition-rosacea and drbaileyskincare.com/blogs/blog/rosacea-uncovering-the-mysterious-skin-condition-infographic/ Happy Rosacea Awareness Month! Please feel free to share any of my info - I love when people do!
I must admit to being a bit biased towards diet over supplements for nutrition. I love oregano, olive oil and foods rich in zinc such as nuts and beans. Have you seen my ebook on diet www.drbaileyskincare.com/info/ebooks/ it's my preference regarding diet and skin health. Thanks for watching and commenting!
It’s been such a weird journey with my rosacea. It was seemingly all temperature related (direct sunlight, being outside over 75 degrees, being outside under 50 degrees, warm/cold showers, and exercise). Me and my derm eliminated mites. On ivermectin for 9 months with no results. Then I had a bout of perioral dermatitis in May. Very stubborn. I was on antibiotic cream and Elidel, it kept returning within a day of stopping topicals. My derm put me on antibiotics and I continued the antibiotic cream, but ditched the Elidel. By chance I’ve figured out my rosacea is bacterial. Since being on antibiotics my redness has drastically decreased, even after taking hot showers or being outside in the summer. It’s bittersweet because I know I can’t be on oral antibiotics forever, and I don’t know if it’s safe to use an antibiotic topical for a long time either. 😔
Please I have terrible Rosacia, where can I find your clinic? I need to male a visit? Is there an actual cure solution other than what you mentioned? Like laser skin surgery ? Plz
I have a little 'issue' with crazy glasses. My excuse is that if they need to be on the middle of my face they need to make me smile - most of my glasses are wild. That must say something.....
I always like mineral makeup for sensitive rosacea-prone complexions drbaileyskincare.com/pages/shop-by-condition-rosacea and drbaileyskincare.com/collections/mineral-makeup
I constantly look sunburn and have been having what I thought was cystic acne around the chin and jawline. Saw a lady to have a facial done and all she did was slather me in cucumber and lots of moisturizer as she said my skin was so inflamed and red. Started azaelic acid a month ago and I feel like it hasn't changed except now my skin burns for hours after I put it on. Is there anything else I could be dealing with? Dermatology places aren't taking new clients right now and I have more broken capillaries its like a road map on my cheeks :( lost...
I am so sorry to hear this. There is more educational info on rosacea on my site drbaileyskincare.com/pages/shop-by-condition-rosacea which may give you some ideas. Can't give specific advice for ethical reasons but I write extensively about irritated skin, barrier issues, allergic reactions etc and perhaps you can navigate my articles to find some clues. Best wishes and thanks for watching.
@@DrBaileySkinCare thank you very much im allergic to gluten and dairy so maybe one of the ingredients has that in it. Started using dove soap hyperallergenic unscented and fragrance free and its helping
I tried Azelaic Acid, The Ordinary in suspension. What a miserable experience. Put it on just before bedtime. Lay awake with my face feeling so stingy I debated whether to get up and wash it off! I used a moisturiser first next time as I thought this might be what was wrong, everyone says Azelaic is great for Rosacea prone sensitive skin. Well, not for me. Can’t use it!
Hi Dr. so maybe two days ago I had lifted something very heavy and feel I put a lot of pressure on my face and since two days ago I had very red cheeks and under my eyes which I assume are broken capallaries? is this permanent or would you say it safe to say it’ll heal short term? Appreciate any feedback you can offer me!
If anyone else offers me antibiotics I’ll swing for them. It’s antibiotics that triggered my rosacea they gave me Gastritis. I’m not fat I don’t drink or smoke. Just too many antibiotics as a kid I’m sure is behind my rosacea. Mine is sensitive big pores and spots .
Thank you for the video and hello from Ukraine! I was proposed to make Fotona later procedures for 6 weeks (once a week), how do you think, may it be helpful?
I never used that particular type of laser light and can't really help. I like IPL for rosacea or Vbeam. IPL only really works for fair complexions. Thanks for watching and hello from California!

This is indeed the most scientific and informative video on Rosacea. And I must say - I love how you are flexing on the Erythomonomnomnom word.
;-) Derm is full of big crazy words. Other medical specialties tease us for it - it's a very descriptive specialty.
I use Neutrogena (hand cream) on my face but I dont rub it in I just apply it directly to the area of redness...it always works for me...after I shave especially. Oh and it goes away after a while and doesn't come back for quite a while. Nerves seem to make it inflammatory also.

Loved how much positivity you put into this video ! Thank you ❤
thank you!
Horse paste is a life saver! Same ingredient as soolantra without the price.
brilliant!
Lol I’m a red faced girl with a passion for spicy food and I’m fine with that!
great
I started taking antibiotics "oracesa & soolantra" about 3 weeks ago due to a flare up i got about 2 months ago.
Thank you for sharing! The information and direction provided gives me much needed encouragement in dealing with this embarrassing skin condition.
Thank you for watching.
I’m completing a 72 hour dry fast & will be transitioning to a zero carb diet, aka carnivore diet.
Already have seen 50% improvement
Wow, rosacea is indeed fascinating. Keep me posted. I'm always interested in the etiology for this skin problems that's vexed dermatology for my entire career.
What does “dry fast” mean ?
Nizami Soft dry fast is where you brush your teeth, take a shower and wash your face. A hard dry fast is a fast where you do not come in touch with water at all .
@@DrBaileySkinCare I did 7 day water only fast and it had no affects on my rosacea, i have type 1 teleangletazia only on my cheeks

Have you tried cerave moisturizing cream? It's very gentle and also fungal acne safe. The best I've had so far.
Thank you so much for your video, now I understand more what is the condition of my skin,
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you very much. I have the second type, thanks love the glasses. Wow.
You are so welcome! Yes, glasses, a little issue for me ;-)

You're so welcome!
i have been living with Rosacea for years now, nothing is working, i have gone into depression, i don't want to go out to any social events, because of my skin. one women came up & told me, that i may want to use less blush on my face..i just said "thank you",

Thanks for the sub!
Alot of apperciation for you❤

Hey there Dr Bailey, I have had rosacea for a long time now. I got IPL and it worked great! I assume I have the type of rosacea that is triggered by using certain types of skin care products unfortunately! Now I have taken notes from your video and will hunt for a better cleanser and moisturizer ! :) I am probably moving to Florida, from Canada so I guess I will have to get a good sun screen too with non irritating mineral zinc oxide broad spectrum!
Really excellent info!

Great! Very informative 😊👍
Thank you. Great support for me .
My pleasure. Thanks for watching!
There seems to be a current consensus that retinol may be helpful, contrary to the mainstream idea of preventing further irritation. I'd like to kmow your opinion on that.
I like retinol and rosacea. That said, the complexion needs to be cooled down and not in a flare.
Nice, thank you for your advices, you do a good job.

Thank you. You've taught me more about my skin condition than anybody or anything. It started June, 2015 and I have not been able to get it under control. I have the papulopustuler. It's so embarrassing that I won't go out in public. Now, at least, I have a few more things to try. Again, thank you for sharing your wisdom.

my pleasure, thank you for your gratitude!
So... whats a good way to use high concentrated green tea or products that will do similar?
This is my favorite way drbaileyskincare.com/products/green-tea-skin-therapy-cream

Whata about supplements? I've heard that oregano oil, zinc supplement, olive leaf extract should help.
thanks for watching and sharing your comment you have quite a story to share!
have you tried washing your face with apple cider vinegar? i think it kills bacteria.
Very nice bu what about shaving? Nobody speaks how man can help themselves with this sort of problem (rosacea type one/shaving).
It is a great question. If there are bumps one needs to avoid cutting them. Also, a hypoallergenic lubricant is needed so the skin is not taunted.
Thank you for this Dr Bailey. May I ask how you would recommend cooling the skin down? Do you mean by using water on your face anytime it flushes?
Yes, a spritz of cool water, rolling a cool can of pop or glass of water over the hot areas are some ideas. Thanks for watching!
Please I have terrible Rosacia, where can I find your clinic? I need to male a visit? Is there an actual cure solution other than what you mentioned? Like laser skin surgery ? Plz
