My grandmother would ALWAYS keep the stems of the broccoli to cut up and put in different recipes and use the florets to out with her meals. These sandwiches look great, nothing like a grilled cheese for the kids, and for adults on a cold day, and they're coming quicker than you think!

Love grilled cheese…but I had always used soooo much butter it was heartburn central…mayo is a great idea…love this new cheese idea…my partner is lactose intolerant ..so I’ll try this out…and as always…I get such a kick how much you delight when things turn out as you want!

I love grilled cheese we sometimes add bacon inside colby jack and cheddar and at the end sprinkle shredded Colby Jack on top

These are wonderful recipes, it was amazing to catch these while I simply was just looking for a Vitalite Cheese Review. That Grilled Cheese was beautiful, however while I'm Culinary Arts my instructor taught that Margarine (or known as Butter Sticks) is a bit different than butter and in way a bit better for you to use than Butter out the tubs or Mayo. Mayo is made of straight Vinegar and Raw Eggs. This is where you have to look out for your Hollandaise Sauces too. But adding the Broccoli into the Grilled Cheese is a brillant idea, for kids or even as an adult who loves their veggies. And you taught even more ways to use the WHOLE BUNCH OF BROCCOLI and not to waste an ounce. Much love, Miss Laura 🙂❤️

I’m loving the Mayo on the outside of the bread for the golden brown and crunch factor!! The hidden broccoli, fantastic idea. I used butter all these years to make my grilled cheese, however, I started using a vegan Mayo in my household here recently and this idea, to use it on the bread, that you’ve given us, blows my mind.

My mom uses mayo to fry the grill cheese too. I also put a lid on the pan to help the vegan cheese to melt. I'll have to try the broccoli stem as well.

The pizza grilled cheese sounded and looked delicious. I like pepperoni pizza. I also like the cheddar with broccoli grilled cheese. Grilled cheese s we is also go good with some hot soup on a cold day.

NOO LAURA you don't need to cover it again after you flip it, if you cover it then it steams the top side and it becomes less crispy!
I also wonder if the vegan cheese would work with an inside out grilled cheese
The pro way to make a 'girch' (grilled cheese) is to grill one side of each piece of bread first, remove from the pan, put the fillings on the grilled sides, then put it back in the pan and finish grilling as usual.
