my view: - don't ask what the state can do for you... each individual, town and company have to become prosumer - the obvious joice for prosumers is most often solar pv - utilities are refocused on providing back up power when prosumers are not producing personally i have installed 25kWp solar pv for my heat pump and my electric mobility.
