Dude I was helping my friend who goes to WLU find a place in Waterloo and just, wow. I contacted every student residence company (including rez-one) and they all said they were full. Countless weeks of scoping random listings for her and I finally found one listing on facebook marketplace that was actually within walking distance to campus and was still available. She had to pay 3 months rent upfront to have priority over the other people who were interested, but in the end she got it on the last week of August 🙏. Thank God cause I couldn't imagine her having to commute all the way from Mississauga for every class 🤧. She pays $850 a month with utilities and it seems like a steal at this point. Would have never imagined just finding one student residence in Waterloo would have been so hard 💀 Also side note, first time I've seen any content creator in my recommended from a city near the GTA but not in Toronto, nice 👌
