I remember this storm, it passed just to the east of El Reno, I got caught in the Hail, but it had not gotten to this size yet. I was seeing ping pong ball size at the time. A tornado was trying to develop, but it never materialized, just a wall cloud with rotation. I saw hail bigger than this when I filmed a tornado up in Wakita on the 10th of May. Some of the hail made it close to grapefruit size. Glad you didn't get hit by that size, or the devastation would have been much greater. Great vid.
@BRUXXUS I live in okc and things havent been good lately almost 4 weeks no rain and then a hail storm i nwas so maqd when r trampoline and my new car got completely ruined! We have hardly no windows left in our house but because bad storms are suppose to come again we made sure to layer our windows with boards. Down in front of my house we had over softball sized hail. Where do u live in oklahoma?

No one thought that it would get this bad, but the Storm Prediction Center had issued a 30% hatched hail probability for central Oklahoma hours in advance, so to say that forecasters dropped the ball is just ignorant.
@BRUXXUS do u know where the neighboor hood 'Bluff Creek" is at? Thats where i live. R neighboorhood still has a lot of damage on the streets and it's reallly bad. Our trampoline got ruined by the hail and then after it blew away by the wind because of all the holes that the hail made

@Time4u2Believe actually i think it has to do with meteorolgy and geology. there are many factors that cause climate to change, including ocean currents, volcanic activity, sun activity, ice ages, warm periods, these changes have been happening since the earth was created billions of years ago. Carbon dioxide levels were up to 12 times higher than today's levels when the dinosaurs were around millions of years ago. Man made emmisions are a small factor in our weather so far.

No offense, but look at all of the vehicles sitting outside the garages. I know it sucks running out in a hail storm to move your car, but it can be done. This happened in Wisconsin about 7 years ago.

Like, the skies were totally clear just like 15-20 minutes before this happened. The first indication my roommate and I had was hearing banging on the roof! Still one of the craziest things I've seen.

A couple of years ago where I live in Georgia, we had a bad hail storm, but it was nothing compared to this.

My family was at the zoo when it hit. They got softball sized pieces there, no kidding that was the longest Ive seen hail that big go for so LONG!
