If you got such a large loft, why not have loft doors to make things easier getting them up and down? I have a loft in my pole barn, installed doors and a simple swing-out boom, and now all we do is raise n lower whatever we have to get up or down from it.
I designed the building my self. I charged my customer 35k for the total cost, materials were approx 19k for everything you see in the video. nzh trk you get a nice kitchen for about 7 to 10 gs same for the bath but you have to think about hooking up to septic or sewer lines from the city
Y'all wasted a ton of lumber with way too many trusses interior wall frame suppose to be 16 inches but nice damn building tho quality shows
