    Good information. I volunteered 1977 - 1981. The Lieutenants were amazing as were the Fire Fighters with single and double digit EINs. No doubt she has been through it and ready.

    A good policy to assist a new officer although the helmet color might be confusing for departments that use Red for Lt, , Orange for Cpt,. White for BC.
