If I'm not mistaken they took some part of the "Save Me" instrumental and played it backwards to create "I'm Fine" instrumental. Thus they come together so well. Everyone said phone because they had each other. Jin jokingly said “without my friends because I don’t have friends.” All 6 of the other boys immediately stared laying into him telling him they are his friends and laughing and saying they were hurt. Save Me isn't just a song for significant other. It's more like they're calling out for someone to save them. They actually released a song called "I'm Fine". It's like an answer to this song. In save me they need someone to help them save themselves while in i'm fine, they don't need anyone's saving cause they already learned to love themselves. Hence, i'm fine is in their love yourself album series. 😊

If you can, try to watch a lot of their mvs such as euphoria, butterfly, etc. Almost all of their music videos connect. They connect to a fictional storyline of bts. They layout and explain bts in an alternate universe where they are all regular people. It starts off with all 7 of them meeting in Highschool at detention. All there for various reasons. Their punishment is to clean out an old classroom. They quickly make that building their hideout and refugee from the world. They become a family like in real life. Through the years they all face struggles and end up going their own ways for a couple of years. Jin becomes the main character when he returns home and finds them all in not too good situations. He is tasked with going back in time and saving them all so they can be together again like they once were. I’ll put a synopsis from google down below.
“Seven boys. Best friends. Their fates intertwined through the good times together, but also the tough times, as they have gone their separate ways and suffered greatly as a result. When all is almost lost for these boys, one is given a special chance to go back in time and help his friends fix the mistakes that led them down this path. It amazed me how this boy band is so much more than that. Not only do they produce great music, have extreme talent individually, are caring and respectful, intelligent, their videos also connect to an entire different universe. They are clearly more than just a boy band. They are a family which they all have said themselves. There was one interview in which they were asked if they could live without, phones or friends. Everyone said phone because they had each other. Jin jokingly said “without my friends because I don’t have friends.” All 6 of the other boys immediately stared laying into him telling him they are his friends and laughing and saying they were hurt. Jin said “it’s because we are family not friends.”
